I’ve never had to wait 15-20 minutes to get a family meal till ordering at this Bojangles. And it’s happened 3 separate times! And last night there were 2 cars ahead of me who were pulled over waiting so I wasn’t the first. I could understand for a sit down restaurant but not a drive thru. Love the chicken but just not worth the hassle.
3 times I’ve been, 3 times I’ve cancelled and I guess it’s KFC from now on.

Well went to bojangles today got the number 8 combo lady asked if I wanted sausage gravy or plain I said sausage they gave me plain and then I asked for the number 9 3 piece combo with ranch but yet gave me two honey musters

I would have to agree with the other customers that have gone to this location. It is a disaster. The service is extremely slow, especially when you are getting up in the morning and trying to get to work and just get an order to go. Not only that the staff is very rude and if you don’t check your order nine times out of 10, they will give you the wrong order or if they do give you the right order it would be something that is not even cooked correctly or safe to eat. Just make sure if you are going to visit this location use fully inspect your food before leaving because when you do try to get resolution from anyone there, especially the store manager, you’ll get blown off. I’m vegetarian and this is one of the many times I have gone in there and gotten either a meat based product I didn’t order or undercooked food that is not safe to eat

The staff is friendly, respectful, and genuinely helpful every time I visit. Customer service is on point—they make sure orders are right What really stands out is how fast everything is, even during busy hours. 10/10 would come again and recommend to everyone

This location used to be one of my favorite locations to come to because they always got my order right and the staff was very Attentive
But it seems here lately in the past two months probably that the staff seems to be lazy When it comes to taking orders and listening to instructions. Is the small things like if I want cheese on my biscuit or extra seasoning on my fries that never happens.
I like to get what I pay for.
Please bring back the staff that you had 1 to 2 months ago. I’ve noticed the staff change and I’ve noticed the quality in (Work) and food decline.

I’ve given this place a few more chances. It’s getting worse every time. The workers are miserable to communicate with. They never do what you ask. Today was the last time I’ll ever visit this location again.

I feel like whoever responds to these reviews. They say that they will get on it and make the team better have completely failed.
So I had this at two stars, but I’m taking it down to one because after giving them a chance they still seem to really miss everything up

I had the absolute worst experience this morning here! The workers have the worst attitudes. I was missing a biscuit, 2 fries, and a whole chicken tender meal. They acted like it was such an inconvenience to them but typically people usually would like what they paid for. Will not come back here!!! They also didn’t give the sauce I asked for or my straws (4).

The manager on the 3 o’clock shift was really sweet and helpful. She was kind made sure to find out what items they had or didn’t have, make sure my food was fresh everything was in my bag even napkins. help me to figure out what deals were best for my family size. The bo berry biscuit were absolutely delicious fresh hot the icing was perfect the biscuits were cooked perfect.The tenders were cooked fresh and hot, they are great. Once they cool off the crust became to hard to chew. The macaroni and cheese stayed hot for a long time,it was really good and the fries were tasty….I was pleased with the French fries to top it all off of tasty fresh half gallon of sweet tea just helped wash everything down. I really appreciate the Bojangles here in Adairsville over the Bojangles in Rome, they were aiming to be pleasing and helpful and make sure that the items on my order were all correct great job!
