A power outage affected a huge chunk of Granger so for dinner everyone went here and the staff was friendly and efficient! My salad was great and so was my ice cream I got! As my grandma always would say, “ice cream fills in the gaps”.

I do a lot of reviews. I would like to take a moment and point out the positive. The person waiting on us was very friendly and got everything correct on the order. Food came out as ordered and was on par with what you would expect from Culver’s. The entire establishment was very clean even the bathrooms. I talked with other customers to see how their experience rated, and happy to say it was positive. The best part of my experience was when I watched the young man who was cleaning the entrance way windows stop what he was doing and hold the door open for a family that was leaving.

My mixer came in a cracked cup. I wasnt given the sauce I asked for. The ketchup dispenser was super slow and cause a back up around the drink dispenser area. Someone was vacuuming right next to our table almost the whole time. Staff was mostly teens who acted like they were better than everyone else. I like culvers. But I will never visit this one again.

Concert mixers were mostly melted when I got them fully melted in the ten minutes drive home need to wait to make the custard items when the customer arrives one drink was watered down didn’t bother to put any ice at all in the other need to double up on the drink carriers overall im just fed up with this location not having any kind of common sense

Food is very overpriced just to not get any sides. I mean $15 for a meal with a side though???!?!! And the drive through wasnt the best as well as having rather young looking people working who even though it’s probably not there fault don’t have good customer service.

Young man working the front was very nice and patient while I put in a long order. Took longer than expected to receive the food. Got home and one of our items was missing which disappointed my wife. Food was yummy though. Fast food sure is expensive now.
The Curd burger is also out of stock which is one of the few reasons we went. #bummer

Clean and good fast food. We always order off the kids’ menu. It comes with a free scoop of chocolate, vanilla, or the flavor of the day frozen custard. Great burgers!

The most expensive fast food. Good service and good food but expensive. For fish dinner for 2 on a Lenten Friday—$37.00. A visit to a local church’s fish fry would be more economical.
