WHAT has happened to this place!!! I have been coming here for 4 years and always order the same thing. Massive burrito with steak, white rice and black beans. Today I pick.my order up and see these tiny little burritos!!! I drove back to the store and asked if I got the mini ones. Gave them the receipt that shows i order regular and double steak. They said we’ll you only got 3 things on It??? Ya, I have for 4 years and normally they have a hard rolling it shut!! What is this!! I will now go back to Chipotle where I don’t get skipped on for rice, and meat. You can barely even see the rice. They showed no care for resolution knowing that this mini burritos for almost $15 for 1.. was the size you would get at taco bell for 4 bucks!! In 4 years I have never been so mad and upset with this place. You just lost a LOYAL customer who has spent hundreds over the 4 years here for lack of appreciation on food quantity to go with quality. As well as poor service to resolve the matter. The Owner/Partner of this establishment should be ashamed and look to resolve the lack of taking care of the customer. They might not always be right. But they are never always wrong.

As a truck driver, I overpay for subpar food daily. However, this was not the case today! The burrito I had was humongous, absolutely delicious, and fairly priced. This will definitely be my go to whenever I’m in the area. Oh… you need to open a Detroit location. It would thrive.

Ordered delivery and it was the worst mistake I made tonight. I go to this store probably 2-3 times a month and love the food and usually have no issues. Tonight however is a different story my bowls we’re basically all rice. I called and asked if there was anyway I could get a remake if I came back in and the guy on the phone went up front and was yelling “did you guys skimp and said my name” and then got back on the phone and said sorry there’s nothing we can do” I asked if I could speak to a manager because this was almost a $40 and he said he was the manager and hung up. RUDE VERY RUDE! I WILL BE BACK TOMORROW TO SPEAK WITH SOMEBODY.

Ryan P gave the best service I’ve had at a fast food place in a long time. Food was delicious, loaded up and everything tasted amazing. He had a great attitude and talked to us through out making our food. By far the best hot heads experience I’ve had, keep it up !

I walked in at 8:40 after they ignored me and this guy in front of me standing in the line because they were making online orders. I waited 5-6 minutes in line to finally order and when I walked up to the desk to order my food. They tried to give me two big scoops of rice. Lady said “what kind of veggies do you want?” As she then looked at the veggies and said “nope, never mind there’s no veggies left. Do you want beans?” First of all, I walked in for the veggies and I don’t eat beans. I did not want all that rice in my bowl to make it look full. So I’m currently going to Chipotle where the employees aren’t lazy and know how to keep up with their food. Not to mention the steak was low. It’s just pure laziness. I won’t be back to that location with the lazy Austintown employees.

When Monday was hitting hard Hot Heads did the trick. The service was excellent, he helped me with my 2 for 16.99 deal. Made the burritos beautifully. Will definitely be back
