I just love this brand.

We dropped into the gym some time ago and of course, grabbed some hot coffee on our way out. Their retail swag is so cute. I bought a shirt that has spent too much time in the washer/dryer to wear outside of the home but I still love it.

I really enjoy the Marla light roast. We ordered some online (which then led to purchasing a bag of each of their tea, which is some of my favorite loose leaf tea out there).

In a separate order, we bought a couple bags online and were only shipped one by accident, but they promptly made it right. I also got a 6pk of their cold brew. Big fan, it’s just delicious. I also love their travel mug. It’s really cute and it’s manufactured well (doesn’t leak like some travel mugs I’ve used from elsewhere in the past).

Stopped in for a coffee and it did not disappoint. It’s small inside but nice. Would definitely come back for another coffee

Wow! What delicious food & drink!

We’re from out of town, so the drive to the cafe was a little odd… we were wondering what kind of area we were headed to until we arrived because the roads go through a little industrial area before getting to the apartment complex where the shop is situated.
The coffee shop is actually attached to a gym (CrossFit-ish) but the vibe isn’t like you don’t belong if you didn’t just get done working out. There were people working on computers and just stopping in.

The barista was really friendly and there was no line.

I ordered an iced matcha , almond milk, no sweetener and they delivered. The almond milk was a little sweet, but it wasn’t sickeningly sugary. I also grabbed an almond scone, warmed, and it was really yummy!

Was hoping to grab a bottle of water but they only had Liquid Death, so I didn’t spend the extra money and we waited to grab something until we got to a gas station.

Overall it’s a great place and we’d come again if we lived in the area. Honestly, the combo gym and great coffee shop would make me consider getting an apartment in that complex.

$34 for 2 coffees and 2 sausage rolls. Rolls were completely cold. Coffee is pretty good. Service was not very friendly.

I got a hot latte, it wasn’t that bad i did enjoyit. Just wish it was hotter in temperature, it was more room temp. The pastries options was every slim options to choose from. Friendly staff.

This coffee tastes like a home I’ve never known. With a slight hint of metal from the gym equipment next door. Best coffee in Nashville that you want to take to go. Love this place.

Newly opened in August and deserves some love! Went in today and didn’t know what to expect. Had three great lattes including and iced s’mores and pumpkin. All the drinks were the perfect ratio of coffee and flavor and the beans were incredible. Will definitely be back and would recommend!

First time trying this place, it’s a little put of the way…but we’re adventurous! Service was good, drinks were good. Latte & flat white. Our complaint was hot hot it was inside. We may go back, but not until fall when the weather cools some. Varied drink selection, pastries…non disposable cups

While it has great service and a decent matcha latte, the spot is sort of weird. Tucked into the lobby of a gym, there’s a bit of a gym smell to the area and it was very warm inside. This is not a place to find big tables if you’re looking for a spot to work on a laptop. Will I go back? Only if I am in the area and need a matcha to go.

Came here while in town with the intention of trying a new coffee spot out every morning, but wound up coming back here everyday! The coffee was amazing and our barista was amazing at latte art — even with almond milk, which I know is difficult! Highly recommend! And the fact that it’s connected to PRVN CF was an even added bonus!
