This place is horrible! My debit card got locked in the ATM, and there was nobody to fix it. This was a busy Friday night at 12am the place closes at 3am. And there’s no company to service the machines?? No manager to call? No corporate phone number to call?? Extremely rude and argumentative worker. Wouldn’t help at all, and basically was like “oh well” maybe they’ll fix it tomorrow, and let’s just hope nobody steals your card, with all your $ in your bank account. No big deal…machines are constantly broken here. They’ll take your money, but won’t have a working ATM to redeem your vouchers. Anywhere is better than here.

I didn’t get any food so I gave it a three to make it average. As far as the service went the lady with the cane, even though it look like she was struggling she served us all and always asked us if we wanted a drink or some snacks or anything. The atmosphere… everyone was having a good time and the machines were hitting so everybody was having a ball!…. except for the one guy on the end. It wasn’t his lucky day, maybe next time for him though. I walked out $160 in to play & about $580 cash in hand!

Krysta really is starting to get annoying I walk in she’s either on the phone and just not paying attention because she’s on her laptop she doesn’t wipe down machines, She Doesn’t offer you drinks when you walk in, At least Tony has finally started offering you a drink when you walk in and he’s always wiped down machine’s in between each person that uses it. Please fix this because it’s getting really annoying that I have to ask if I want something to drink when she expects to get tipped but doesn’t offer to do anything even when machines are dirty.

WORST PLACE EVER !!!!!! They have no business phone number for problems with their machines , which by the way always have issues and no one cares to look into their glitching machines ! They have a technician named Scott who never comes out to look at the machines and never responds to the issues ! VERY PORLY RUN COMANY , I asked for owner to contact me and was just ignored again . There is plenty of well run gaming establishments don’t waste your money here
