Worst customer service i have ever received. From any place ever. Food service or other wise. Most unwelcomeing employees I’ve ever dealt with. He employee with the pastel colored hair was so unnecessarily rude. According to the other reviews and 2.7 rating this a chronic problem that doesn’t seem to be addressed.

If the Dunkin website made it easy to file a complaint I wouldn’t even be leaving a terrible review but this is the most terrible matcha I’ve ever had in my life it tastes like I’m drinking rotten tuna. $6 for something that’s going right in the trash.

Told to pay better attention next time we order when we questioned something that was incorrect, then told we could keep the incorrect one and pay for the new. I kept my mouth shut because my autistic 13yo was with me and it was for her. Never again.

Food is typically fine, coffee is inconsistent but the customer service is trash – especially from one individual! It only takes 1 bad egg to ruin the whole carton.

Ive ordered through door dash twice now…. both times have been wrong. 1st time they gave me 2 med coffees instead of large.
This time I had asked for 6 vanilla creme donuts and I got 6 chocolate filled. I also ordered a lemonade refresher but they made it with tea. So disappointed. Again. I was hoping the 1st time they were just having a rough day. Nope.

Being a first time app user, I accidentally ordered 2 of my same order. the cashier had no issues with this, she handled it, refunded my money for the order I didn’t want and couldn’t be talked into taking a tip afterwards. I wish I had such a kind and understanding person like her working at my job! she needs a raise, purely for great customer service! I have many D&Ds around me, but ill never use the ones she’s not at! God bless

The need more staff there. I waited at the drive thru window for 8 minutes and still hadn’t even had anyone come take payment for my order, which was 2 cups of coffee. Nothing complicated. They were so busy doing to-go orders that the people actually there got ignored.
Places like this shouldn’t even do to-go orders if they don’t have enough staff to quickly and efficiently serve the people who are actually there.
Ended up driving off without my 2 cups of coffee because I just didn’t have time to wait.
