Listen for a 12 am bite that’s a full cooked meal. I can’t be mad.
The cornbread was soft and not too sweet but still had a nice baked flavor. The fries were good but i personally added salt.
The Yams were extremely good cinnamon and soft coming out of it.
I didn’t know the fish came on a bed of rice, the rice was just ordinary not disappointed so that’s good.
Lastly the Catfish wasn’t the best catfish i had, but for a catfish cooked at home and served fresh it’s well deserved of praise. It seems like it’s just one nice guy in there trying to get his start and i’m not mad at at all at the food he gave me.
Again this a home cook making plates for people and they are by no means bad, try the food at home critique it add your own home seasonings, but it makes sense it took an hour, and i am not disappointed in the food or wait at all.

Ordered on DoorDash , food took almost an hour or over an hour to deliver, once it arrived I was dissatisfied with the collard greens, they were extra sweet instead of salty

Honestly I was skeptical about his place being a ‘ghost kitchen’ but the food was fresh and delicious.. I feel if you order earlier in the day the Mac and cheese would be creamier but I ordered the fried catfish it’s crispy and well seasoned and the yams were on point and the collards was just right. Honestly would order from them again but might opt out for the Mac and cheese for something else because I like my Mac like creamy and cheese but other than that I can’t complain for ordering from a ‘ghost kitchen’ and the sweet potato pie was a chefs kiss would definitely recommend trying this place I was sketched out from the address and map view but I door dashed and everything was great
