Food was pricey but it was also really good therefore I can’t complain much. But as my wife and I were waiting and watching the our order show “done”, the staff behaved as though it never happened and we watched employees clean around us. Once asked the name we were waiting on, it was a matter of minutes that it was handed to us as though the delay wasn’t even made. I admit this location is very nice and I can see why one would want to sit and enjoy a meal. Looks very cozy and contemporary in some areas while remaining “conventional” with some booths. Looking at the prices and seeing it MAY be made all in house, I didn’t actually expect the prices to be so high since everything pre-packaged looked generic. Those that were on display didn’t say much since most your eye sight ISN’T on what looks could be fresh. Told my wife and kids we’d have to go again and eat in and see if the experience is any different.

Panera has seriously gone downhill. The bagels used to be fresh, chewy, and actually worth buying — now they taste flat, frozen, and completely lifeless. You can tell they’ve switched to cheaper, mass-produced dough because the texture is off, the flavor is bland, and the toppings are barely even there anymore.
Everything that used to feel “fresh baked” is now obviously thawed out and reheated. Panera’s quality used to stand out, but now it’s just another chain cutting corners and hoping no one notices. Unfortunately, the customers definitely notice — and the bagels are honestly terrible now!

This is the worst Panera in the area. They never get your order right. There is always something stale. Today I ordered soup. The lid wasn’t on and when I carried it into the house the soaking wet bag broke and the soup was every where. I’d call but I know they don’t care. Will need to go out of my way to go to a different one, but it will be worth it.

I love avocado, so I ask Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt, just for the avocado, and guess what? No avocado in my sandwich and they (Panera) didn’t tell me nothing about that, the surprise was when arrived home ready for dinner and was really bad surprise

The food was alright, average Panera experience. I ordered a bagel with butter and I never received the butter, only got the bagel. I also got a strawberry banana smoothie, and it was amazing.

I have eaten at several Panera’s nationwide. For the most part we enjoy their food. Today I was disappointed with my salad because the quality was awful! The lettuce was wilted and brown. I even found a core in my salad. This is unacceptable! I will not return to this location and in general I will think twice before I order a salad. I basically found a couple pieces of blue cheese and dried apple. The toppings were okay. I always double the chicken because they never put enough on the salad. This was really and truly unacceptable. People will not return for rotten wilted food.

I love horrible service that takes 10 minutes to even take my payment when I’m the only person in line and I also love paying for expensive food to come home to find that the cups are half full. Worst Panera experience ive ever had. Genuinely made me swear off Panera for a couple months. Get better employees lol

Horrible customer service. I called about my wrong order and was told I could come in and get a free replacement entrée. After waiting 35 minutes for them to fix it, they told me they actually couldn’t remake it. Very unprofessional and a complete waste of time. I will never come back.”
