** remodeled** Definitely a happening spot, always a packed parking lot. The burgers are good, cooked perfect and bun was top notch. Definitely worth a stop for a burger and beer.

Countryside makes for a great destination. The menu is well-crafted, offering plenty of familiar bar classics with a thoughtful twist. We were pleasantly surprised to find our favorite beer on tap, the onion rings were fantastic, and the service stayed top-notch even with the holiday crowd packing the place wall-to-wall. Everything ran smoothly despite the holiday rush and everything else closed around us. We sat indoors, but the patio looked like a perfect spot to enjoy next time.

My brother and I planned to meet here for lunch. He lives in Madison and I live up in the UP of Michigan. When I got to the restaurant, it was closed for construction! It is marked open on Google maps, but is completely closed. See pictures. The owners should mark this place as temporarily closed!

The bartender was very friendly and attentive. We ordered drinks got our menu, ordered our food. We both got the seafood platter. The perch was very fishy. The walleye and haddock were excellent. I didn’t try the shrimp. The french fries were really good as was the bread. The food came out really fast and steaming hot. You get a large portion, worth the price
I would go back to try a burger or a wrap. They also have a popcorn machine so you can have a little snack if not eating there. I would recommend trying this place out.

We love the Thursday night Pizza Special!! Always hot and delicious!! A two topping large pizza for $12!!! With the rising cost of dining out and fast food, Countryside is a much better option!! The food is better quality and about the same or sometimes a little less money. Plus there’s always leftovers!! The staff is very friendly!!
