We had lunch there, our first time at this location. The food was good, but spent over $40.00 for three quesedillas and four burritos, it’s way too easy to spend $40 to $80.00 or more for fast food, so I’ll give them a four-star rating, at least you don’t need a code to get into the restrooms at this location, one plus.

If I could give a negative star review, I would. We ordered online for pick up at this location and we had to wake around 10 minutes or so for our food, but we thought that would be okay because we thought the food would come out fresh. WRONG. When we got home our plates literally looked like they were put together with SCRAPS of food that were left. It literally looks like the employees made themselves some plates from the scraps of food and handed them off to us. I AM SO UPSET. I’ve never had this experience with any other location.

The staff was professional and kind using a happy and chipper tone which is appreciated in the morning. We were asked to pull to the front where we waited a couple minutes for our food. When we got our food everything was there including plenty of our requested sauce. Definitely cannot complain!

Ordered a few items (from drive thru) and was asked to pull around. Okay. However proceeded to park near the front door and wait over 20 minutes for my order while watching the staff play grab ass in the restaurant. Received my food and the order was entirely wrong. Stood at the locked lobby door for ten minutes to try and corect the order. Drive thru had cars on it. This store seriously needs to be corrected by management or corporate. Horribly dissatisfied

Ordered and paid for my meal on-line for pick up. Was told it would be one half hour to pick up. Waited the half hour, followed the instructions to “go through drive-thru and give my name” and meal would be ready to go. Was instructed to pull around and park. Then had to WAIT another 10 minutes for it to be delivered to car. What is the point of ordering ahead? This is the 2nd time this has happened. I will NOT be coming to this Taco Bell again!

This location it getting worse and worse with every visit.
It is infuriating putting in a mobile order waiting over 30 mins for it to be made. Going to Tacobell expecting it to be a quick easy drive through hand off.
They hand me slushie and pull me ahead which results in juice.
Takes another 10 min for them to bring my food out and It IS COLD!?!?!?!?!?
Why the hell would i be pulled ahead and handed cold food?
I went inside to ask when my order was made. I sit inside for multiple minutes with out any help. I complained my food is cold and my slushie is totally melted. But “your order was just made”
Clearly absolute no reason for me to be pulled ahead and then handed COLD FOOD.
I paid over 20$ got cold gross food and a melted slushy? What the hell is going on here.

I would absolutely love to be contacted regarding my most recent issues because I’m mind blown. I added images of my “Crispy Taco”, my “5 layer” burrito, i believe what is supposed to be a “Grilled cheese Burrito” and a MELTED slushie.
Practically my whole order.
These pictures were taken as soon as I got home and I live less than 5 min from taco bell.
I called the Taco bell and was told there is nothing they can do for me. ARE YOU SERIOUS!?

Nothing out of the ordinary. It is a Taco Bell. Bathroom was clean. The inside and outside of facility was clean. They have screens that you can order your food from. Food came out fresh and hot. No complaints. Would stop here again for a quick bite.

Just go to the one on Cortaro. Trust me.

STAY AWAY! they never get orders right or there always something wrong with this place. Plus when a delivery truck back up jump a big curve then push my car made me lost a car and can’t be fixed Taco bell needs to shut down even this store needs to get shut down they don’t clean dishes that’s probably why everyone getting sick on top of that the employees like Adrian need to get fired and get someone know what they’re doing and make customers happy not unhappy. People steal money then get accused at just cuz people are greedy the reason I never go back all cuz Adrian maybe the owner need to do something you just lose money.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve been to in my life. Burritos are always cold and have un-melted cheese, as well as not being folded properly so they fall apart. The last time I went I ordered a burrito vegetarian and they still put meat in it.
