Son Upon my arrival there, I was greeted by a most grateful host. I was seated in my seat very promptly and given bread-and-butter the waitress then came to my table and attended to me. I really enjoyed my meal here. Although my shrimp was a little cold, they did discount it on my meal ticket as they acknowledged their faults and I can appreciate a restaurant for that overall, I still would give them 5 stars. The manager was very attentive as she made her rounds to check on every guest that was seated.Also a plus I would recommend this place for my family.My friends and business ventures.

Service at Texas Road House Huntsville Texas is amazing. No less than five different staff members assisted with food delivery, ordering, serving and follow up. Gabriel was an excellent waiter. Even exit greetings by no less than six different staff members. All orders were unbelievably fast. Food was well prepared and presentation was just as you would expect from Texas Road House (great).

Stopped at this Texas Roadhouse on our way to Houston and the food did not disappoint. The fresh-baked bread alone is worth the stop . I had the salmon with dirty rice and a house salad—really tasty. My wife ordered the steak with mashed potatoes and enjoyed it as well. Prices are reasonable, and we’ll definitely be stopping here again on future trips to Houston.

Went here for a quick lunch while we were in town. Quick service with no wait. Staff was very friendly. Super clean also. Food was quick and tasted awesome. Steaks were juicy and had just a right amount of pink. Kiddo said they liked the Mac and cheese also. Their mocktail was really good too, light, not so sweet, and refreshing. It was the Strawberry and Cucumber.

I recently dined at Texas Roadhouse and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience.
From the start, the service felt lackluster. The hosts seated us outside without asking if that was acceptable, which immediately made us feel like an afterthought rather than valued guests. Once seated, our server, Ty, never introduced herself. However, we observed her warmly introduce herself to the table behind us and spend significantly more time chatting with them. The difference in attention was noticeable and discouraging.
When our food arrived, my steak was overcooked. What was most frustrating was that our server never returned to check on our meal. After waiting approximately 10 minutes, we had to call over a manager ourselves. The manager immediately noticed the steak was cooked wrong and offered to get me a replacement, an interaction which took only 30 seconds but I had to wait 10 minutes for. Eventually, a different manager came by and asked why I didn’t have a plate in front of me—despite our server having walked past our table multiple times without acknowledging us.
A replacement steak was brought out and was cooked perfectly, which I appreciated. However, we were told our server would return shortly to check on us, and once again she did not. Meanwhile, she continued to regularly check on her other tables. When she finally did come over, she brought me a regular Coke instead of the Coke Zero I ordered.
Thankfully, Manager Tarah stepped in and truly saved the experience. She was attentive and made an effort to correct the situation. Her involvement was the only reason the visit improved.
I believe every guest deserves equal attention and respect. Unfortunately, our service experience did not reflect that standard. I am usually very understanding, especially when it comes to food, because I know certain issues are not always the server’s fault. However, during this visit, things began going wrong from the moment we walked through the door. From the hosts to the server, there was a noticeable lack of consideration. Many of the issues we encountered throughout the meal could have easily been avoided with basic communication, awareness, and consistent service.

The free bread and peanuts were good. First we ordered a prime rib and it came out like a big bacon. The color, the temperature and the flavor were all wrong. It looks like it had been cut and put under heat lamp for a long time. The surface was very dry. We called the manager and she took out the dish and we ordered a steak. We ordered the steak medium. Unfortunately it was hard to cut the steak and the inside is rare. We didn’t call the manager. We paid and left $20 tip to our lovely server. The atmosphere and the service were good. But the food was too bad.

This location opened up sometime late last year in 2024. I thought the service was exceptionally good here. Our server was very friendly and talkative. She was down the earth. It made us feel very welcome. The food was exceptional like always. They deliver the same quality that you expect from a Texas Roadhouse.

First time in a very long time did my family and I have dinner at TRH! We were dropping off our son back at SHSU and celebrating his birthday and his sisters birthday as well! Great atmosphere, staff were all great and our server Jayden was amazing!!! Food is definitely delicious and full of flavor!!! Kids enjoyed themselves very much, we even surprised the birthday kids with a surprise shout out and some desert! We will definitely be back!

Delicious food great service. The rolls are pillow-soft lol. Ordered charrasco and steak/ribs combo. The ribs were my favorite but all was very good. Super service was fast even though they were jam packed Sunday lunchtime. Definitely will go back.

We had a wonderful meal here today with my in-laws, and our waitress, Krystal, was fantastic—attentive, friendly, and professional throughout our visit.
However, Krystal truly went above and beyond after we left. I accidentally dropped $100 under the table without realizing it. While she was sweeping, Krystal found the money and actually ran out to the parking lot to catch us before we drove away!
Her honesty, integrity, and dedication to her guests are rare and so deeply appreciated. It’s employees like Krystal who make a business stand out. We will definitely be back! Thank you again, Krystal!”
