My husband and I have been to Edo many times and for the location the price isn’t that bad. The sushi is very tasty for the most part and the presentation is very welcoming. Sometimes though, the sushi can be just a tad chewy… the seaweed not a crispy.
The noodles are alright and the shrimp is tasty.
This location is a great spot to bring family, guests out of town and a place for a date night.
Our guest, master artist from Detroit, Michigan really enjoyed the food!
Also, you can really smell the seafood when you first walk in and that can be a turnoff at first but it goes away.

Found this place when looking for a happy hour location to wait before meeting with a friend. Great food, delicious warm sake, and happy hour pricing, what more do you need? We had excellent service and everything we ate was great!

This is my favorite local spot for nigiri. The quality of the fish here is superior to everywhere I have tried locally and the rice is seasoned well, which I find most sushi spots lacking. I find myself craving their fatty tuna nigiri. And often order take out just to get my fix. The service here is very good!
The servers are really nice and attentive. My only gripe is that the ambiance is not great and there have been times the tables have been sticky. But since the fish and rice is so lovely I look past it.

Edo Higan is hands down our favorite sushi spot in the Denver metro area! We’ve tried many places, but nothing compares—especially their raw oysters, which are absolutely next-level. They serve them with a special sauce that adds an incredible flavor—honestly the best we’ve ever had.
The food is always fresh, beautifully prepared, and delicious. You can tell they care about quality. The service is outstanding too—the waitresses are consistently friendly, attentive, and make the experience even more enjoyable.
Highly recommend this gem to anyone who loves sushi or just great food and warm service.

SO good! We ordered hot sake, house salad, miso soup, and some specialty rolls and loved all of it! The atmosphere is great as well and we loved our server, who politely answered all of our questions and was nice to chat with. We went during the NFL playoffs, and they had the game on, without sound, which we appreciated. I cannot wait to go back!

Dragon roll and Reed rolls were oh so good especially Reed rolls it’s crunchy on the inside and soft on the outside it was a recommendation from our waiter, we asked him if he could ask the chef to put wasabi in one of the sushi pieces so we could do a blind challenge and he was happy to help us out. The egg rolls were also good and crunchy…

Sushi at Park Meadows is an absolute gem! The food was fresh and delicious, and the presentation was just as impressive as the taste. The atmosphere is warm, welcoming, and perfect for families, yet still stylish enough for a date night. The staff went above and beyond with their service—friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind people who make you feel right at home. We’ll definitely be coming back!

pleasantly surprised with everything here! great sushi, great appetizers. the spicy garlic edamame was delicious, highly recommend. they were very nice and skipped the deep frying step for a special roll I wanted! I don’t usually ask for sushi roll customizations so that was very nice of them. I really like their posters right when you walk in too.

I have come here many times. Food, Service, and Atmosphere have always been consistently good. I tried the Squid Appetizer this time – the quality of the presentation and the taste exceeded my expectations.

I’ve been here twice so far fo lunch since I’m a huge sushi lunch fan.
I love coming here after a good shopping session. They have a full lunch menu that satisfies everyone’s taste. The restaurant itself has patio and indoor seating. The patio is covered which is nice for the warmer sunnier days.
I opted for their sushi & sashimi combo that comes with soup OR a salad. I chose a salad. Their dressing is unique and not the traditional Japanese salad dressing with a sesame or ginger flavoring. But I really enjoyed it. The meal it self was surprisingly a decent size and very fresh. The sashimi was plump and sliced large unlike a lot of sushi restaurants.
Our waiter was very attentive and knowledgeable of the menue.
If you’re in the Park Meadows area, definitely check them out.
