Ordered delivery. Found missing items in my order, did customer service refund for the missing items. Ok. After opening up two Cheesy Gordita Crunch items that we did get, there is no lettuce, no ranch sauce, and wrong shell (nacho cheese shell was ordered and got plain).

Stay away from this store unless you want to triple check your order before leaving the window. It’s a bad pattern.

This was just an overall horrible experience. Broken food, hardly any meat, missing items, cold.
Missed putting quac on my nachos, chips with the side, got the cheese though. That is good.
My soft taco had a hole. My chicken tacos broken and had to eat with a fork.

On top of all the good issues. I was stuck in line for an hour because I couldn’t get out to leave. Pulled up to the window and that took 20 minutes after paying.
Saw people walking around with their arms crossed instead of making the food.

I didn’t plan on coming back. If like this every time I go

Went by the drive thru and picked up a couple combo boxes for an early dinner that I preordered on the App. The young lady at the window was very friendly and efficient. She greeted and made eye contact. They had our food ready to go fairly quickly and everything was fresh and arranged neatly in the boxes, the details make a difference. Thanks!

I’ve tried for so long y’all. I don’t like being negative and have given this location so many chances. The wait is always long, long, long. I even tried ordering ahead, still long. And tonight, looks like they dipped my tacos in water before putting them in the box. Showed up to the party with the wettest tacos I’ve seen. Might need a blender to eat them. C’mon y’all

Upon a recent expedition of a most curious sort, I did present myself at the window of a house styling itself Taco Bell, where victuals are conveyed to one’s carriage without so much as a dismount. The novelty alone did much amuse me, and I confess my spirits were high.

My order was plain, modest, and delivered with commendable haste: three classic tacos, neither more nor less. Time was not my enemy that evening, and for this swiftness I would have gladly offered praise.

Alas—here lies the wound.

Upon inspection of the parcel, I discovered not three tacos, but two. One had vanished as if claimed by highwaymen, spirits, or perhaps a clerk possessed of wandering attention. I stood quite mind-shattered that an establishment capable of such speed should falter at the humble art of counting to three. In my youth, even the dullest stable boy could reckon horses and hooves with greater fidelity.

Mistakes are the tax of mankind, yet this was no grand banquet of many courses—only a simple checklist, short enough to fit upon a glove. To miss a third part of a trio is a feat requiring either bold negligence or tragic indifference.

I departed fed, but not fulfilled; amused, yet disappointed. Should this house aspire to greatness, I humbly suggest it master first the ancient and noble discipline of finishing the order.

Absolutely unacceptable quality of food and service. Horrible, it deserves zero stars. i ordered a 3 steak taco supreme combo, with packets of sauce on uber eats. it didnt come with any of the toppings, 2 of them were ground beef and the steak taco had 4 small pieces of meat on it. if the order could not be fulfilled, CANCEL it. This is not the only time ive had a major issue with this Taco Bell. I will be escalating this and reporting it to whomever needs to hear it at your corperate offices. I see why the ratings are horrific.

Their fry portions are always inconsistent and often lean to the skimpy side. The same goes for burritos, sometimes they’re fine, but a lot of time the burrito is flat because it has barely any protein in it. It’s very hit or miss with this location

Rolling the dice when coming here. I’m not really sure why I ever go back. People taking order are rude. Rush you through your order and seem irritated. The food is always like it has been thrown together. No care. A mess really. Not sure I’ll be back to this location. I recommend you try another as well.

They just never get the order right even when asked to confirm and it even has the mods on the screen. I just don’t get it. It’s super disappointing to get an incorrect order, especially if I’m asking for no dairy or chicken and I receive my food smothered in dairy and chicken. I had to scoop half of it out so I paid for half a portion of something I could barely eat. And it’s not the first time they’ve gotten my order wrong. Also why was I’d $25 for two people? I swear fast food is not cheaper than a restaurant anymore

Ownership/management needs to get it together here. The team is slammed, but still trying to provide good service. How is management making sure everything is running properly? Everything experience at this location has been ridiculously long & frustrating. Management needs to prioritize supporting their team & so better service can be provided. Heard one kid say he had been there since 8am at 8pm.
