I ordered crazy bread and got this. I live 20 miles from the store and when I called to rectify, they told me they would get me a new order. I specifically asked if I need to bring this back, and they tell me no. I get to the store and the manager tells me they don’t know who would’ve told me that but I’m definitely not getting more because I had to bring it in!? Zero accountability. Wasted gas and hungry kids.

Lots of gossip in the back. (No one cares who did what with who or that your crush is coming in with 4 friends to order breaksticks individually). If I order and pay for multiple kinds of sauces, please refrain from giving me all ranch. (Just because my kid dips everything in ranch doesn’t mean the grownups do). If something is ordered and you don’t have it, don’t just replace it without explaining. (If I can’t have sausage with pretzel crust, say it with your chest, big dog! I promise I will understand…. even though it just takes you putting something else on it. Its a business… not a high school gossip area. You dont close til 1030… stop closing have the dining area before dark. (Not everyone eats dinner at 5)

Ordered a pizza with left side pepperoni and mushroom. Right side just the cheese. Called and told I can’t have a credit and only can bring pizza back for exchange. No reason for me to leave and spend 15 minutes again. I have pics of receipt and the pizza to show it. Manager needs to step up and do the right thing.

If I could give 100 stars I would! This is the only little ceasers in the area I go to. My fiance and I LOVE this quality and exceptional customer service we experience every time we come. It’s always clean and smells wonderful. Audrey is the best, seriously. Always quick and amazing service from her. She deserves a raise! We love the desloge little ceasers!
