In 1971, Jerry & Linda Gall founded Foley Locker and launched a business that continues today as Grand Champion Meats and the Blue Ribbon Café. The business is now run by their youngest daughter, Kelly Gall Washa, and her husband Tony Washa. Blue Ribbon Café opened in 2019 at the intersection of Highway 23 & Highway 25 in Foley. You’ll always find made-to-order deli sandwiches, salads and wraps, as well as a wide selection of classic and seasonal soups. We also have fresh coffee and ice cream. Came in to celebrate a birthday. Friendly staff. Eager to make sure you’re comfortable. Delicious food, I recommend the pulled pork, best I’ve ever had. They restored my taste for pork. Keep up the good work!!

Excellent, filling sandwiches (which came with BBQ chips and a big pickle spears)! The personnel were very sweet and paid special attention to get our orders right and to our table. They also have a nice covered patio for eating outdoors! The deli and meat shop selection is unbelievable and fun to shop!

What a gem of a stop. Meat selection was outstanding. Will be stopping back for sausage seasoning packs. Had a buffalo chicken wrap to go and it was amazing. They serve a full menu all day long. Service was fast, had my meal in about 6 minutes.
