First time in this place with a party of seven including two kids. This is a new location for the brewery and looks amazing, you can tell is a work in progress but also you can tell this is going to be a great place for the Pueblo West community. The food was amazing, the tap beer wasn’t working yet but they offered a nice selection of beers in a can. I can’t wait to try their home brews. I tried the food of all my friends and every item was delicious. I’m a professional chef with more than 20 years of experience and I’m very demanding with the quality of the food I paid for. I do look for the “wow” factor every time I go out and this place has it. Well executed and the server was fast and very professional. This place has the chance of becoming the next great thing for the County of Pueblo. Can’t wait to come back. Thinking about it, I’m coming back tomorrow.

Came back after three years! Their Pueblo Chile Grilled Cheese and Lizard Beer was so memorable we had to come back when we went to Lake Pueblo State Park! Staff is very kind and wonderful, definitely recommend this place! Cosmic punch sour was good, Orange creamsicle was tasty as well! Cheers!

We stopped by here as I’m currently in pursuit of visiting all the breweries in Colorado, no small feat!
The chaps at Reservoir I’m happy to say we’re GREAT. Staff is super friendly, accommodating and even brought out fresh water for our dog. I really appreciated that.
Beers were equally good. Really enjoyed the mango/chili beer and wheat.
If we’re ever in Pueblo West again, I’ll be around back by. Thanks, guys!!

We have been wanting to come here since moving to the area. Now we had the time and it was a great choice. Service was great. My wife had tacos and I had a wonder panni sandwich. All ingredients were fresh and delicious. And of course a good selection of their own beers. Great place and it wont disappoint!!

Loved this brewery! The food was very good, I had the Cuban and my partner had the Rachel. The atmosphere was nice and the service was attentive.
The owners are super cool too and I know that Mike loves to be left suspicious envelopes with other brewery stickers in it.

Hidden gem super close to the lake! We’ve been here multiple times and the service and food have been outstanding and prices are great. (Seriously though, try the loaded tots, tons of flavor and attention to detail.)

The beer knocks it out of the park. Super interesting and unique flavors and tried and true brews. It’s hard to believe they brew every beer at this location with all of the choices. Must hit if you’re at the lake for a weekend.
