I order 6 big cheese burgers and 3 drinks including milk shake. I’m asking a small bad for peanuts they usually give out for free. I’m coming alone. I’m worried that I can’t hold 2 peanut trays (I don’t have extra hand) so i asked for a small bag for it. The manger with black shirt with black hat refused to provide me one and expressed very rude altitudes like “what I can’t give you a bag”

I dont leave reviews, but this was just ridiculous. I got there at 1015am, door was locked, but an employee came over and told me they weren’t open until 11 that nothing was ready. I walked away got into my car and as I was driving off the same employee let another customer into the restaurant. Absolutely disgusting service, I called and was told they were opened I asked to speak to the manager and they just changed their tone.

Not a great location. We spent $40 for two burgers and a shake and couldn’t even get a soda because they apparently only have the coca-cola freestyle machines on during lunch time? Makes zero sense.

2023 – My rating has gone down due to lacking in Customer Service and waiting over 45 mins to an hour for three items or less everytime we order from here. Yesterday we got two burgers with different toppings and a large fry. The fries were not even filled to the top of the cup and we’re soggy and weren’t hot. Had to reheat them in our oven. The numbers on the burgers weren’t correct with the numbers on the bag slip. If we were getting this order for a work place and not our home it could of been more of an issue. But when you order fastfood you expect it to be hot and correct, at least for the price you pay at Five Guys.
2020 – Good food. Okay prices. Cajun fries were good. Wish fries came with your meal and not speratly priced. Got a Bacon Cheese hotdog, and when I opened it, no cheese.

The only improvement I’ll suggest is when you order via the app, you get the notification that your order is ready before it’s actually ready, they began to prepare until you arrive.

I’ve always liked Five Guys and was happy when they opened a location in Quincy. Their shakes and fries are some of the best that I’ve had and the burgers are on the higher end of fast-food.
Unfortunately the price is restrictive and makes this a “special treat” type of experience instead of someplace you can go to on a regular basis.
Still, the cost is higher than the food quality or portions justify and it’s a very small space where you don’t want to stay to eat-in.

This Five Guys in Quincy, MA 02169 delivers the best-tasting food I’ve experienced at any other Five Guys. Food is delicious, flavored well to my taste and liking. The food here is the best treat I give myself after a hard day’s work. I love the taste and texture of their burgers and hot dogs. And the staff are always polite and friendly! The Cajun Fries are extraordinarily tasty with the right touch of seasoning and flavor. Do yourself a favor and stop in for the best food experience I continue to have each time I treat myself, friends and family!

Yum! Love their food. Prices are a bit higher than normal fast food, but well worth it. Free refills on drinks, and free peanuts if you like eating that sort of thing. Be careful if you have a nut allergy though.
