Every time I go through the drive-thru, I pay then they make me pull away from the drive-thru and park in a nearby parking space, telling me “We’ll bring you your food shortly.” This is unacceptable service. I understand it’s to get drive-thru times down, but there should be no excuse why you must make the customer leave the window before they are handed their food. If you want your times down, then work harder. This happens to every single car that drives through, it infuriates all of us.
On another note, my order was wrong, after i’ve waited 15 minutes for it. The same exact situation happened to the customer before me who had to wait for theirs, just to have to leave their car and walk inside the store to complain. The fast food is not fast, it is not accurate, and we are met with terrible customer service.

Went through the drive thru here and all of the lights were turned off even though they were hours from closing. There were no cars in the drive thru because the place looked closed and they were conveniently “out” of everything I tried to order. The kids working were also quite rude. Definitely will NOT be visiting this location again.

This place looks dirty behind the counter , one employee burped out loud while working and wiped sweat off of their forehead with the back of their hand , kitchen is over crowded about 8 cars in the drive through lane and I seen 3 employees not enough people working in a busy restaurant I left without ordering I was not going to eat there wondering how dirty the hands were that was handling my food I turned around and left before ordering. I think that employees should wear plastic gloves when handling food.

Happy Bithday

I pre-ordered a cake online, it wasn’t made at the scheduled pick up time or at all. The employees said they didn’t know how to use the system to receive online orders. I spent nearly an hour to get this issue ironed out to basically settle for a pre-made cake (picture attached). Fortunately it tasted okay and birthday being mispelled made for an epic laugh.

Drove 30 minutes specifically to grab DQ. Was 8pm when I arrived, voicemail says they close at 9:30 pm, google says they close at 9pm, someone answered the phone and said they close at 8pm. Hope they fix their hours.

Next time I come in for a blizzard, I’ll remember to ask these people to put the ice cream in the cup. I just dumped all the ice cream in a bowl when I got home. Cup was overflowing and dripping before it was even at the window and they didn’t find it necessary to clean it off. If you’re too lazy to do your job correctly, you should’ve been fired ages ago. They’re lucky I didn’t go inside and figure out who made my blizzard like this, because then they’d be cleaning the cup holders in my car.

Never going back! First they didn’t have vanilla ice cream to make order, in an ice cream place! Then we had to wait outside because they were so slow. Finally they forgot the drink, got order wrong and for the over $5.00 onion rings I got 4 burnt ones in the box. Thats $1.25 a piece foe a burnt onion ring.

Went to this location twice in the past two weeks and both times my order was wrong….
First order was a small reese’s blizzard with peanut butter sauce- no peanut butter sauce was in the blizzard
Second order I went inside and ordered had to repeat myself 4 times and have it remade 3 times for it to still not be right – small cup of chocolate with cone coding and peanut butter sauce cost me over $5.00 since it was rang in wrong and each time there was either the wrong ice cream no peanut butter sauce or no come coding…..
I love to leave good reviews for places but as a former employee of a different location I know how these are supposed to be made and if you going to charge someone almost a dollar for come coding and another dollar for peanut butter sauce it better be on there…..
At this point I’m not going back to this location
