The gentleman running the show was very friendly. Food was hot and fast. I am from out of town and always have to get my Jimboys fix when I come to visit. The food was as delicious as I remember.

I’ve given this place multiple chances to make up for their crappy service but today was the day I said I would write a review.
If you go inside don’t be surprised when you’re not acknowledged for at least 3-5 minutes. The last 3 visits I wasn’t even spoken too even when multiple employees saw me. Not sure what their deal is, sensing some prejudice to certain types of people.
Then if you order, don’t make one mistake on the name of the food or description or you will be rudely corrected. Don’t defend yourself unless you want the cashier to argue with you.
If there was another Jimboy in Folsom I would drive further so I didn’t have to deal with the bad service.
They also really don’t like when you order their $1 Large Fountain Drink deal. Not sure why they have it if they don’t want people to order it.
I’ll be hopeful that the next visit might go better. Poor service is the reason this place is empty every time I show up. So many better service options in the immediate area.

Never again! I gave this location a few chances because I have had great experiences at other locations but this one is just disappointing. I usually order the fish taco and they usually skimp on the fish at this location but this time was just ridiculous, the piece of fish was the size of one chicken nugget. Everything was cold. The Tahoe burrito wasn’t grilled and seemed smallish. The staff was nice and the food was quick otherwise it would be zero stars.

The food was good. Especially coming from Boise, Idaho. A little heads up on the closing time it was still before 9 pm which I wanted to dine in real quickly. Luckily the drive-thru was still open.

New location for me to encounter and yoooo!! We caught them at closing. Stay was dope especially the two young ladies that assisted my partner and I on menu selections. We hit up the secret menu. Got the Tahoe-rito-burrito and the shrimp salad, and of course some tacos!! Food was great as expected and atmosphere was definitely pretty picturesque

They gave me 3 raw tacos and I didn’t notice till halfway eating one. Absolutely disgusting. The worker tried to say it’s not raw it’s ketchup. Idk since when ketchup was pink they need a new team of cooks that’s unacceptable

Nice clean place to eat. Our taco order tasted excellent. The people preparing the food didn’t oversaturate the tacos with excessive oil which was a lot healthier and less of a mess trying to eat.

Best Damn Taco place EVER! The flavors of their tacos are incredible. Customer service is always really good and the place is always clean. Restrooms were spotless which is rare these days. I can’t say it enough it’s our most favorite place to go for Tacos. I live in Fort Bragg California, I have to drive to Sacramento to get it when I go visit family built no doubt it’s worth it!

Great tacos at the Roseville, CA location. 5 stars for sure. It was clean and well stocked with a variety of salsa. Friendly staff.
The Placerville, CA location, 1 star. It was empty, yet dirty, it was hard to find a clean table. There was no salsa out at all. When I asked for salsa what I was given looked gelatinous, not fresh and had an acid taste. There was also what looked like an employee’s child hanging out in the dining room entertaining himself with his tablet.
I’m glad I went to the Roseville location first or I would not have tried Jimboy’s a second time. Overall, it’s hit or miss.
