We came to Beaches because it was a sit down place at the air port. There were a line of 10-20 people all the time waiting to be seated. It seems to me that the waiter/waitress is also the greater and buss person. So they seemed quite understaffed. I expect they could have used 2-4 extra people working. The food moved quickly once ordered. I was waiting a long time to pay after I ate. The sandwiches were ok. If I was pressed for time I would have hunted down someone to pay but my flight was delayed.
It seemed to me my wife got a lot more French fries than I did. Some photos attached. They also don’t have soda on their QR code which they have you use for a menu. It’s 4.19 a cup on Feb 28th 2026

This place was so much better than the reviews lead me to believe it would be. The prices are airport prices, sure, but not awful. The place was busy, but the service was actually great. The staff was hustling and seemed quite cheerful. We did not order anything fancy, just a sw salad. It was fresh and quite tasty. The table next to us just had nachos, and they were very happy with those. Honestly, a very pleasant surprise!

Busy, dirty, crowded only place past security to sit down and drink or eat. Key Lime pie was frozen and tough to eat. Asked for a drink and was served a double without being asked (at twice the price). No water. Service was pleasant but slow. This is what airport places used to be like.

This restaurant was ok! It’s the only sit down restaurant in the terminal so you’re kind of stuck eating there unless you want to go through security multiple times. We were never offered refills, menus are via QR code, and we sat there waiting for a bill because no one told us you pay on the QR code website.

Absolutely the nastiest waitress I’ve ever encountered! I actually felt uncomfortable sitting in the restaurant. I’m sure it’s hard to get staff to work the morning shift but please do better! This woman should not be in customer service. It’s very clear she hates people! Said all of 2 words to me. I begrudgingly gave her a 2 dollar tip . I would have rather gave her nothing for starting my morning off in such a negative way!!!

Waiter/host was amazing and efficient getting people out of line and to tables. I realize its airport food but the chicken fingers were the worst I eaten anywhere..avoid them. Small, hard batter that you can barely bite through.. tater like they’d been cooked many hours before and rewarmed despite the fact that the restaurant was super busy. Eat anywhere else in this airport (although options are minimal)

The staff is extremely rude. The host would not let me sit at a table since I was one person so I had to sit at the bar. The bartender scolded a couple who wanted to move to the bar for higher seating after they started a drink tab at a table. She then lightly argued with me when I said fries but she heard rice. I didn’t even know that was an option so I know I didn’t say it. The food was decent. When I was getting out of my seat from the tight bar area, I went to get my backpack and slide it on, well aware of my surroundings and a staff member yelled at me “Watch where you are going lady”. So happy it’s not my home airport.

Our waitress was very rude. There’s a QR code on the table that says to order there. We started to and she came up and yelled at us. Something about changing tables even though we were at the table where they seated us and hadn’t moved. She continued to be rude to us and others the whole time we were there. She obviously hates her job.

I was eating at this restaurant about two weeks ago, and Ashley—the server with the tattoo on her arm—took care of my family and me. She was extremely on top of everything and did an amazing job helping us with the QR system. Great service overall!

I recently visited Beaches Boardwalk Cafe and decided to share our experience. We split a club sandwich with french fries. While we enjoyed the hot food, the service left much to be desired. The sandwich was delicious and the fries were crispy, but it took an unusually long time for our order to arrive at the table. If you’re in the mood for a leisurely meal with good food, you might still give it a try. However, if you’re pressed for time, this might not be the best option.
