Spent $38 just to receive the wrong order (probably because they were too busy talking the entire time I was trying to place my order) and they wouldn’t fix it. I highly recommend going to the other dq in Morehead. Don’t waste your money here!

Went though drive though ordered a flamethrower double burger bo lettuce no tomato no pickles, small coke no ice , double cheese burger only ketchup and cheese, coke had ice it, got a double cheese burger not a flame thrower, the double with only cheese and ketchup had pickle and mustard, not a good place to order from I will not go back to this resturant I hope morehead gets better resturants

My family and I stopped and got a few items a smaller order than usual. I ordered my usual turtle pecan cluster blizzard. On the way home I had to stir up the blizzard. But only found at most 4 pecans at the bottom. So I called and told the manager. Now her response was. I could come back and they would give me a cup of pecans. They don’t replace blizzards. Will be doing my business at the one on top of the hill. I can get my blizzard Oreo cakes from there also.

This place needs a 0 !! Went there today with an Elderly friend. What a waste.. Food and atmosphere horrible.. brought my friends 2 tenders to table with no serving tray.. nothing!! Had to ask for the cup of gravy for him!! I ordered 3 piece meal… brought it to table and dumped it. No serving tray..so horribly rude. People save your money and time and don’t go to this place. Never left a review like this. But everyone needs to know about this fine establishment!!!!!!

Showed up here last night with my daughter. 20 minutes to close!! Typically, I do not do this because I know that it is a big inconvenience to the workers who are anticipating shortly getting off. However, tonight was a must! My daughter needed a special treat and asked to go inside because she wanted a full experience. The girl working behind the register “Patricia“ did not bat an eye at our late arrival. We were accommodated without exception and with a smile. The staff were all very friendly and it was a very clean restaurant. I also loved seeing how well everyone got along and worked together.

Usually I have a good experience, this time the cashier was in such a rush she practically threw my change at me causing me to drop a dollar. I get my food and there’s so much sauce on the burger it’s dripping everywhere. I went to get napkins out the bag and there was 1 singular napkin. There was no other cars in line and no rush. They just wanted to go home and decided to take it out on the customer. Pretty bad service this time!

So I’ve ordered food here several times hoping for change but I guess that’s too much to ask, the double cheeseburger was once my favorite sandwich but of late the meat is always like beef jerky and very dry I’ve even asked about why they microwave it further and they reply it’s to melt the cheese but if the burger was at least semi fresh it should be warm enough to melt the cheese but I feel like the microwaving just further dries out the meat so it’s generally black and dry when you get it. Super disappointing!!!
