This is our go to place for Chinese but this time was different. Crab Rangoon was cream cheese Rangoon (no crab). Asked for spicy pork fried rice but no spicy what so ever. Asked for some spice to my shrimp crab Rangoon and did not have any.
Spending 40 some dollars sorry but very disappointed this time

Food is great! I like the sweet and sour chicken and my boyfriend likes their general tso’s. We dine in there. It’s small, quiet and comfortable. We are two people who always get our food to go, but since this place is so small, no one else is ever there so we dine in and enjoy our meal fresh.

Can’t describe how pleased I am to have tried this place for the first time, definitely a new local favorite. Not only the portions are worth every penny, but the taste is incredible. Wife had sesame chicken, her words “tender/fresh flavorful and has a smooth kick, not overbearing and gross like other places”. And I had the chicken with garlic, cause I love spicy with a rich flavor, entirely on point, totally satisfied. Not to mention, just the rice alone is a treat. If all you want is a full belly, not break the bank, and smile like Joey after stealing his dates cake, give them a try.

Fresh Food, decent price. Not a lot of strong flavors, which was a bummer. But I may be biased though because I have a small cold which could be affecting my taste. The crab rangoons weren’t my favorite, but they were alright. I ordered the happy family but they served me the triple delight, which was a disappointment, but I like that dish so I ate it anyways since I didn’t check my pick up order before leaving the store. Service was great.

I have ordered here several times. It became my go to place because the food was consistently good and the portions were good. I got a large shrimp fried rice tonight and it’s basically inedible bc the shrimp have a strange taste of mold and cleaning solution. I’ve never ever had shrimp that taste like this and I’ve lived across the country and traveled to several countries. That’s how strange it is. The rice around the shrimp doesn’t taste off. It’s specifically the shrimp. They look normal but it’s like they were going bad and they soaked them in some solution to cover the smell or taste. It’s upsetting bc this was ordered for a family dinner that included kids and could’ve made them sick. Just posting so that anyone who experiences the same thing knows it’s not just them. Update: the shrimp in my shrimp egg foo young had the same taste.

I love ordering from here!! I have some crazy orders sometimes like adding egg to my lo mein and only having a certain veggie in the rice. It has NEVER been incorrect! Everything tastes wonderful ever. single. time.

The food was pretty good for a Vietnamese Restaurant. The name of the Restaurant threw me back a bit though, China Star I thought was a Chinese Restaurant. Vietnamese Star would be a more descriptive name. The8r food was very similar to Chinese food, the flavor was good, tasted very close to the Chinese Restaurant named SanPan that I grew up with in Downtown Framingham, Massachusetts

This place has excellent food and staff. We usually pick up orders and order is always ready at time they say. Amount of food you get is enough for at least 2 meals.

We’ve been ordering delivery from this place for 2+ years now and they never disappoint. Other restaurants should really take note. Their prices are reasonable, the online ordering is so easy, and they always courtesy call if we add special instructions to be sure our order is made just right. Delivery is quick and they are so kind. 100/10!

1 star for the crab Rangoon. Do not recommend. Got the Mongolian beef and it was like 5 pieces of meat and 2 whole onions. (Picture below). Kung pao chicken came with little meat and tonsssssss of celery and peanuts.
