“The King of Pastor” and the name lives up to the lunch. I have a sensitivity to pineapple, so I couldn’t get the full experience, but the pastor y queso, pastor and asada tacos were excellent. Get the handmade tortillas. Don’t be tempted with the mini tacos.
It has the quintessential taqueria vibe with aguas frescas, bebidas Mexicanas, and pastor on the spit.

If you’re looking for truly authentic Mexican cuisine, this is the place to go! The food is consistently outstanding, and the chips and salsa are always fresh and flavorful. My personal favorite is the al pastor tacos—they’re packed with flavor and perfectly cooked. I also love that they offer mini versions, which is great if you want to try a little of everything!
The beans are delicious, and every dish that comes out of the kitchen smells as good as it tastes. The service is friendly and attentive, and the margaritas are top-notch. If you’re in the Buford area and craving great Mexican food, this spot is a must-visit!

This is one of the most expensive restaurants that I have been to for specifically tacos. Even more specifically, one of my favorite tacos, al pastor. The pastor tacos here come with cheese and the meat was tough.
For about $5/taco, I’ll go somewhere else.
There are quite a few servers here, but you will still need to double check your order to what you receive multiple times to make sure that your order is correct.
I ordered horchata and without asking it was upgraded to a large size. Just be careful here.
The music is so loud that it is difficult to have a conversation.

I fell in love with this place! I’ve been looking for an authentic Mexican restaurant that reminded me when I was little and would go with my family. This is the place! The food tasted exactly like the tacos in MEXICO! The servers are super nice and attentive! I’m pregnant and even offered me desserts for babies cravings! My husband had a michelada and it was great!! I RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Especially for families that have been looking for na authentic Mexican restaurant not just food but atmosphere and the style like back in the day!

I eat here often, and the atmosphere was always just okay. I usually dine alone, so I’m not always the first choice for servers — even though I tip well.
Then I met JC. From day one, he was genuinely welcoming in a way I hadn’t seen in my three years coming here. His smile and energy completely changed my experience. He truly brightens the whole restaurant. If you’re in the area, go see him.

This is by far one of the best meals we have ever had! Very authentic and delicious. Everything from food to service was a 10/10. We were actually headed to the sushi restaurant next door and saw this place and decided to stop in here instead. Such a good decision! Our waitress was amazing and so sweet! We tried the parillada, quesabirria tacos, octopus and shrimp ceviche and the pastor tacos. I can’t say enough about how good everything was! You won’t regret eating here

I drove across town specifically to try the food here, but unfortunately, the hospitality was non-existent. When we arrived, the staff was incredibly dismissive—telling us to just ‘go outside or sit in your car or something’ rather than offering a wait time or a professional greeting. It’s disappointing to put in the effort to support a business only to be treated like an inconvenience. I hope management can work on their customer service, as first impressions matter.
