While I’ve enjoyed most every Starbucks I’ve been to, this location feels like home. The food and drinks always come out perfect for me (even when I have many changes/alterations). All the baristas are super kind and fun, and make it a point to make my experience great. An extra special shout out to Abby, who I look forward to seeing each time! She always helps with extra care and attention, and she feels like seeing a good friend at the window. Just wanted to send some appreciation to my favorite location. I love their spirit, energy, (AND drinks)!

Had a Grande White Chocolate Mocha (with lowfat milk…..soothes my conscience….lol). So smooth and delicious. Also a warm plain bagel with cream cheese. It was exactly as described. While there I paid (sneaky me) for a car in the drive thru’s order. When it’s that close to Christmas so many people stressed out! Hope it made a difference in their day!
This Starbucks is right near Crystal Falls and HWY 183. Very convenient to my home. I purchased my gift cards and headed home. If you’re in the Leander area stop by and enjoy your favorite Starbucks drink.

I order from this location almost every other day through Uber Eats, and I always get the same drink. While I love it when it’s made well, the quality is very inconsistent. It seems like there are two different people with different work experience preparing it—the experienced one who nails it every time, and a novice whose version tastes completely off.
It’s frustrating not knowing what I’m going to get, especially since my order never changes. I’d really appreciate more consistency in how the drink is made. Right now, it feels like a gamble with each order.

Abby was so kind and helpful! I had actually ordered a drink from another location and there was a hair in it 🙁 I came here and Abby was kind enough to make me a new drink and provided great service! We come here all the time and this is definitely my favorite starbucks location!

Every single time I come here note I come here because it’s close to my house. Sometimes they always get the order wrong or something is wrong with the coffee but any other Starbucks I go. I just order the same thing and it’s fine every time it’s just this store

I’ve always been a fan of Starbucks and usually enjoy their lattes, but this particular location left me very disappointed. The latte I ordered was supposed to be hot, yet it was served almost cold—closer to a chilled drink than the warm, comforting beverage I expect. For a brand that prides itself on consistency, this was frustrating and unacceptable. What’s even more disappointing is that Starbucks is my go-to place for a reliable coffee experience, and this store completely missed that mark.
The quality at this location does not reflect the standard I’ve come to expect from Starbucks. Management needs to take this seriously and ensure drinks are prepared correctly. Customers should not have to question whether their latte will be hot or cold. This visit has really shaken my trust in this store, and I sincerely hope they improve so that future visits match the Starbucks reputation.
