We stopped in to grab a quick bagel last Wednesday. The gentleman that took our order was friendly enough, as was the lady who was actually making them, but that’s where any resemblance of customer service ended.
When we went to the register to pay, the girl at that one was counting out change- for several minutes. We stood there, absolutely ZERO acknowledgement that we even existed. Not even as much as a “I’ll be with you in just a second”. She didn’t even look up, just very deliberately ignored us. Once she got around to actually processing our order so we could pay, she still barely acknowledged our existence, but instead complained to her coworker about how tired she is and how she’s just too tired to work (clearly that’s the case, because what she was doing could not be mistaken for work). While I understand the challenge of getting competent staff these days, to put someone like this out as the public contact for your business is a terrible reflection.
We certainly won’t be back to this location. I know since we don’t go to Einstein Bagels often, our lost business won’t effect them, but if the lack of service will eventually spread to other customers.
Oh- the bagel and cream cheese shmear were very good. Not good enough to overlook the terrible service however.

Do not buy through any food delivery service!! The staff doesn’t prioritize the food and every time I try, my driver is waiting over 20 mins just to be handed some poorly microwaved food. It’s not worth the time and money. I tried going in person and the staff is lost and disorganized. How hard is it? Safe to say I give up and won’t be returning.

Filthy and disgusting. No tables wiped. All food Street service areas very filthy. All self service food areas very filthy. Bathroom disgusting no soap no paper towels hasn’t been cleaned for weeks serious health hazard here.

Went into the Tualatin location this morning at exactly 11:00am and purchased a half a dozen bagels. The woman ringing me up seemed a bit annoyed. I asked for a blended espresso and she snapped not available. I was confused because one of her coworkers behind her was cleaning the espresso machine and blender.. I asked if I could get a different beverage or what was happening Cameron snapped back that “it’s broken. We need a new one”.

Food is fine, paid extra for avocado which they forgot, but not the end of the world. However the restaurant is absolutely filthy, and not just dirty tables from a busy morning, but dirt/dust everywhere and crumbs/dirt caked along the edge of the floors. Floors were sticky everywhere and no soap in the restroom. Not coming back due to lack of cleanliness, because if this is the condition of areas customers can see, who knows what the food prep area looks like

Absolute worst service I have ever experienced!!! Order was supposed to be ready for pickup at 7am. At 7:30am they finally started to make order and wasn’t complete until 8:15am. This was for a business meeting with people waiting that I was then late attending. No update on order while waiting and no apology for taking sooo long. It was a large order but should not be a big ask for a business advertising that they cater. Manager was rude and non-apologetic. When confronted about being over a hour late I was asked to leave the store. Will never return to this location.

We come to this Einstein Bagels company frequently today we were severely disappointed when we stood around waiting to order our bagels for more than 20 minutes only to find out there was no one taking orders for bagels that you had to go up to the register and pay for them up front which is not the normal procedure here. The dining area was not very cleanly and the ice machine was completely out of ice the manager really needs to pay attention to what his staff is doing here this is not normal for this particular location
