Open to the public and located inside The Palms of Destin Resort, we offer a wide variety of casual, quick-serve food options, a full bar with a great atmosphere, and a coffee shop open in the mornings. Our recently updated menu has options for everyone including a good selection of appetizers, burgers and sandwiches, wings and hand-breaded tenders available with sauces made in-house, pizza, and a kids menu. Those looking for a healthier option, check out our local seafood specials and salads. We also offer brunch on Saturday and Sunday with $15 Bottomless Mimosas. Local favorites include the Redfish Tacos, Nachos with Steak, Breakfast Pizza (Brunch Only), Chef Salad, Turkey Club, and of course the Hand Tossed Pizzas!

Good vibes while chilling at the Multi Pool area at the Palms ..!
We ordered Shrimp Ceviche with mango and Pineapple it was super Refreshing with a Tropical Kick to it ( yummy)
Chicken Tenders and fries were good
Red Fish Sandwich was super flavorful and so was the Chicken Sandwich
Chicken Quesadilla was on point too ..!
The server who helped us was friendly and prompt with her service ..!

Upon arrival manager came and seated us himself, so kind and made great recommendations.
Our server was super sweet and took good care of us.
The bistro itself has a great vibe and the bar in the back is nice.
Also has a coffee shop we will have to come back and try.

The Birria Spring Rolls were to die for 11/10!
We had Birria tacos, Birria Pizza, Gluten Free / Dairy Free Birria. Pizza on a Cauliflower Crust, a cheese pizza, and Birria fries. All were so good. Cannot recommend this place enough.

My new favorite brunch spot! The food here is SO GOOD, not even exaggerating. Besides the awesome food, the vibe/atmosphere is seriously so cool. The indoor seating feels more upscale, while the outdoor has a party/causal vibe and is so color. The bar overlooks the pool area and they have an area for kids with games, etc. Can’t wait to return!

Beautifully decorated spot with lots of fun things to look at like vintage arcade machines, a life-size Taylor Swift cutout, and gorgeous decor. Perfect for a girl’s night (or day)! I definitely felt the good vibes.

Wanted brunch but it ends at *11am* but got the pizza and still enjoyed!! My group also ordered mimosas and it was served cold with a pineapple slice 🙂 highly recommend this place, good music, good vibes, not TOO busy, fast service, awesome servers, pretty photo ops in the restaurant. Also our server Jason made sure we had everything we needed. Came with all the condiments, extra to go containers, and gave us recommendations for other sites to see nearby.
