While the baked goods are great, the service is horrible, I drove from queens all the way there and bought a lot of baked goods, the attendant was annoyed the I was ordering too much. In first place she didn’t even greed us she said “what do you want” and then she told to hurry up because she had more customers to attend. Did eve have any questions for her to say that we were wasting her time. I was simply buying a lot unfortunately we didn’t get to buy everything we wanted, because she was so rude all I wanted was get out of that town. I try speaking to the owner before I posted this, but I was informed that he or she wasn’t available. So if you are used to getting shitty service go there if not just simply stay away.

This time i ordered a typical plate and it was so amazing and so fresh. you can tell that the chef cares about the food they create. while the food was amazing i want to touch on the customer service. IT WAS GREAT TOO! the ladies were so polite! and the atmosphere was GREAT! a very happy, healthy, and clean environment and experience. overall, i wish i lived closer because i could love to be there every day multiple times a day!

I always come here for their hot food. It is really good. But where they fail is in their bread and staff. I have ordered different pan dulces and other pastries multiple times and it always tastes old. They also need to teach employees to be more respectful. The short, tan girl in front is very rude. And it’s not just to me but people I know, and customers I’ve witnessed at the bakery. I have seen customers ask for their money back because she is flat out rude.

La Excelencia has great food! But one of the main things that keeps me coming back is my trust in their drive to serve great food. i love to see a passion for the people and not greed which im so glad to see. when i think of La Excelencia i think of how affordable they make their products. with inflation and prices right now it’s hard to find good food from a clean and exciting establishment but thats exactly what La Excelencia does! they are a family friendly, loving, caring, and beautiful company! i can tell they care genuinely about the people they serve!
