Loved the biang biang noodles. The chao mian were also delicious. 5 stars dishes. Large portions as well.

Truly unique food. The noodles have some unique shapes here and there which personally I loved as it reminded me how homemade this is. The flavor was so good I almost couldn’t stop eating but fullness struck. I couldn’t help but finish it again later in the same day. Could t even wait for the following day. I do wish there were more veggies and slightly less noodles. But hey, it’s called “stretch the noodle” I guess so can’t complain. I asked for their recommendation and they said the number 2. Definitely a good pick. I love spice and enjoyed it a lot. The food truck park isn’t too crowded and there’s a lot of options there. Also not too hard to park.

I ordered the BIANG BIANG XXXTRA spicy and might have seriously messed up with that… the noodles were EXCESSIVELY SALTY. Like EXCESSIVELY!!! I had to add two bags arugula and tofu and avocado to balance it out. It was too much sodium.

Best (and maybe only) handpulled Chinese noodles in the Portland area. The taste is quite on point with the ones I came to love in Northern China.
The only problem is the close early sometimes and aren’t open on weekends. If they were, we’d no doubt have gone countless more times.
The spice level is no joke. I like it spicy, but still feel the heat (wouldn’t have it any other way).

Excellent hand pulled noodles. Both types of noodles were made in front of us, and both were fantastic. Pork and shrimp dumplings were also some of the best Ive had. Highly recommended! The neighborhood is a bit sketchy and there are a handful of shared public tables. Still worth it.

Delicious handmade noodles from a food truck? Yes, please! The flavors are fantastic and the noodles are soooo good. Just make sure you ask about spiciness if that is an issue for you because when they make something spicy, they mean it! I absolutely recommend the chao mian in mild and the pork dumplings.

I thought the noodles #3 were good. The mild option was still quite spicy. I enjoy spice and I’m glad I got the least spicy. It’s in a food cart community? Idk what you call them .

Eating spicy hand pulled noodles soup here under the big tent with the cozy heaters was the perfect Portland tourist attraction for a rainy day! When I visit the city from the country, I always try to eat authentic Chinese food, and this was a hit! The food cart pod park is very clean and safe and trendy and affordable. I wish I was a Moose because then I’d have 4 stomachs, so I could try everything on the menu here!

I ordered a cold noodle with beef. Not super spicy than I expected, but all flavors are well-balanced. I love their noodles, so wanna get other dishes too. Plus, very friendly people ☺️

Wife and I ate here on a trip out west. We’re from the Midwest. We still think about this meal. Easily one of my favorite things I’ve ever eaten. Ever. To live in Portland and have this in your backyard, man. So lucky.
