The food is great, I always come by on my lunch. The only negative thing I have to say is that my order was wrong, and they woman working the front asked if I wanted my receipt.. I said no, so I couldn’t take it back. Yall were slammed! Otherwise fast and efficient, and great subs per usual. :] <3

There’s should be a 0 star option. I did a pick up order, the staff who looked like boys who could care less about their jobs there were looking at me funny while I was picking up and I now know why. I get home and open our orders, since we get different breads, that usually how we tell them apart. Our breads are on the wrong sandwiches, but wait there’s more, It was so obviously intentionally messed up, we got the stickball and the club, the bacon and mayo from the club was on the stickball and the turkey and ham from the club on the rosemary bread that was supposed to be for the stickball, just all flip flopped ingredients. It’s their recipe how do they mess it up so bad?? so obviously intentional, whatever though We were on a time crunch that’s why we did pickup so we suck it up and eat it anyways CANT EVEN DO THAT THE BREAD IS HARD AS A HOCKEY PUCK. like they went in the back dumpster and picked out last weeks bread. They cut that bread they knew how hard it was. Another reason we knew it was intentional, we can’t help but think it’s cause we didn’t tip. I’ve worked in the food industry my whole life. I know how stressful pick up orders can get if they’re busy inside but they’re able to adjust their pickup times but it did it say 15 minutes, their was only one person dining in there when I picked up and only my order at the pickup table so I know I wasn’t an inconvenience. Tip or no Tip I did not deserve the treatment those two boys gave me. I know they get paid at least minimum wage not to mention two sandwiches is already $55 and you aren’t doing any special services for me why would I tip I leave that for hard working servers in the restaurant industry that get tipped less than minimum wage not them young boys that obvious have no work ethic that just wasted MY money $55 down the drain we didn’t have time to eat before our game we had to grab our 3 year old a quick snack instead of her sandwich. We still have yet to hear back from management and corporate about how they want to handle this. It was so bad I was checking for spit and other things and notice the lettuce was pretty gross I don’t trust this shop and those employees at all I will never go back. The prescott valley location has been decent but this one will never see me eveeerrrr again.

Food is good, but don’t expect prompt service. I ordered ahead because of lunch meetings, and when I arrived for scheduled pickup they hadn’t even begun my order. Needless to say I was over 20 minutes late for everything. Don’t go here if you’re needing to have reliable service and delivery.

Sadly I love Jersey Mikes sandwiches and the convent location of this one but i think the management may lack at this store… We went in about a month ago on a Friday evening around 7:00ish and literally walked out. I was scary messy and filthy with food all over the counter lettuce spilled all over and crumbs etc. I don’t think I’ve seen a sandwich store so dirty. I think there may have only been one employee working that night too? There was no bacon so we left. Then today we decided to try it again and it was still messy dirty with food all over yucky crumbs in the meet slicer. Buns/bread on the floor behind counter. Dirty but not as bad as the several weeks prior. There were plenty of employees behind the counter but their friends had come in asking if “corporate” was there. Once the friends had been served/“taken care of” and a few other customers helped, the employees did start to clean up but it should have never been what it was. Almost health dept violations! I asked if a mgr was there and no one really stepped up to admit they were in charge.. all good but if “corporate” is really running his location I think they’d be disappointed. I really like the food. And our sandwiches good and the makers did a good job on them…I hope this place improves as it didn’t used to be so bad…

Really frustrating that I spent nearly $200 on a catering order and when picked up we asked for more pickles – the employee said “well if you look they are small sandwiches, you don’t need more pickles.” Guess what we ran out of for the team of 20 that we were feeding? Pickles. Definitely not ordering catering from here again. Very frustrating experience.

I’m leaving a review today because while almost everything about this place is fantastic, one thing was not. The employee with the beard who decided it was somehow appropriate to shame and belittle the other employees aggressively while my husband and I got our order paid for should be spoken with. Every other worker there is fantastic but that guy could use a trip to the HR department. Otherwise it was yet another wonderful meal.

Young kids who don’t care about their jobs and if that’s what you call a manager than I wish this location all the luck it can get. If you are in it for the long run then educate your staff on proper customer service, professionalism and how to make a dam sandwich. Zero stars if I could.
