We arrived at 1:00pm to find every table had dirty dishes on it except for the one occupied table and 5 staff members were behind the counter. No one greeted us until we spoke first. We LOVE Waffle House and the food was great as always. I ordered my usual chocolate chip pecan waffle and it was perfect! He ordered two eggs over easy, toast, grits & bacon which he enjoyed. We will return and hope the establishment will be clean, well kept and for this to have been just a one-time occurrence.

Not great service. Walked in to pick up a to go order, girl working the register proceeded to not acknowledge my presence while she was writing on something, then walked away and passed me 5 different times until she finally asked me if I needed something, and wasn’t super kind about that either. Other employees also didn’t ask me if I needed anything. Won’t be coming back to this location.

The bathrooms are immaculate!! BEST in Flowood. I have never been so impressed. Nae goes above and beyond. Thank you for your attention to detail. We are so grateful for our visit! Food was hot, quick, and perfect to say the least!

I went into this Waffle House to get a waffle but failed. I ordered whatever the breakfast special is that comes with eggs, toast, and your choice of grits ir hash browns and a waffle.
I’ve got everything but the waffle. When the waffle did not come, I asked the very distracted waitress, “Am I getting the waffle?”
I still did not get the waffle by the time she brought me the check. She was too busy with her homies at the counter to pay attention to my order. I felt like I was intruding.
I had to ask for more coffee twice. I axed for more jelly than the one packet I got for 2 pieces of toast, but didn’t get it.
I think I’ve been to a Waffle House for the last time. This one was not terribly clean and not getting a waffle, served at Waffle House was the last straw.

Best Waffle House in the Tri-County area ! Super friendly staff, very attentive. Food order was delivered ri the table very fast, in like 3 minutes. Coffee was hot and fresh and cup was never let to get empty.
