First time at this Waffle House, Sabrina was the waiter. She forgot our bacon, and she gave me a burnt waffle. She already has an attitude so I didn’t even complain. The waffle is so burnt and flat… Like why are yall making waffles like that?? It was very hectic in there, everyone was running around just lost.. Every couple years I’ll go eat and a waffle house and then I remember why I never come back. The food is bad enough and greasy, but there’s bigger rip off as everybody else nobody wants to be reasonably priced anymore. I had a patty melt and a hash brown, a very small hash brownfor $15. What a bargain.

Fire Sabrina. Forgot half our order and brought it out 40 minutes later after we asked, under cooked and missing components. Staff flirting with customers instead of doing their job, food took forever, it took them 20 minutes to bring out three waters. Overall horrible experience felt like I was in hell

Waffle House needs to go away! I am sick of the overhype social media has played on this place starting with the fights along with cheap food that you can make at home. I walked in and had a question about a coupon but was never greeted and was just ignored by someone facing me doing something else. Then she checks out another customer who had his check ready and still ignored me after 5 minutes. I had to ask her sarcastically does she work up there. She then acted like she was ready for me to order but then with my question they had to get a manager. He comes out and lets me use this coupon. I get my order and told another worker how I was ignored but she made excuses for this overgrown woman and claimed she was shy. I then contacted customer service but they don’t have a hotline just an online form and they don’t call you back. The workers in these places have a slave mindset because they were kissing the assets of certain customers but all collectively ignored me.

Things have greatly improved at the Jeff Hwy location. It was peaceful, quiet, and no longer smelled like weed. Service was faster, more polite and our orders more accurate than before. We commented on it to the (new?) manager as well as her staff. Well done!
Still gets very loud when the jukebox is playing and/or the place is crowded. To the point you almost have to yell at each other.

The food is great waffle House food. My only complaint is that the server seemed like she was rushing us a bit. Otherwise it met or exceeded my expectations.

Great service and very clean! It’s 2 AM, and the atmosphere is calm and quiet — perfect for a late-night meal. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the food came out hot and fresh. Overall, a great experience!

Amazing atmosphere, good food, fast service, and amazing service. 10/10. Robin was our server and what an awesome woman she is. Super sweet, made us feel so welcome. She also threw in her fave waffle for me and my boyfriend to try. Really made this a special visit for us. Also left us this really sweet message that I’ll never forget. Thank you again Mrs.Robin for the amazing service.

Normally we go there and the service is excellent. Today for the first time in over 2 years, we go there after we finish a gig to pick a hamburger to take home because we were hungry and it is almost 3:00 am after we order the lady at the register told us to have a seat at the counter it will be a few minutes. A few minutes later another waitress with long braid with some bright blue entwined in them tells us to move to the the chair as if we are waiting for a table. Now there is no one in the place but she is going to be rude and tell us to get up and move. I was extremely upset. I got up and left told my boyfriend he could wait for the food . Because I was going to go off on her for being so rude and ugly. They need to teach them to have better manners.
