At the beginning for three times I bought a pizza. It was great but after that, the pizza just looks so terrible. I don’t like the way you made my pizza last two times I bought the general manager told me that I was the one who make your pizza and I show him I took a picture of it. I’m sorry .

2 out of 3 orders will be quick, hot and tasty. But 33% of the time they’ll take over an hour to make your food, not answer the phone when you call, or be closed altogether during business hours. This place is the most inconsistent franchise I’ve ever experienced. It’s poorly managed and should either be taken over by corporate to get fixed, or shuttered altogether.

I can’t rate the food yet as it is STILL not here. I ordered at 7:45. At 755 it was “prepped.” 30 minutes later it went into the oven. 10 minutes later it came out. It has now been 40 minutes and the pizza hasn’t been changed to out to delivery. I don’t even want the pizza anymore since it will be grossly cold by the time it arrives. Assuming it ever arrives. We tried calling and the “help” line just puts you on hold with 1 recording about getting a job playing over and over. Since no one answered, we’re now trying the desperation move of my spouse going to the store to pick it up. I somehow doubt they will give him the pizza, but maybe it’ll trick the pizza gods into actually delivering it? (yeah, right.)
The new website is also a problem. I tried to tip when I paid and it said I did but when I look at the transaction there is no tip attached. I was going to tip the delivery driver in cash but I’m not sure I will at this point since I’m not sure whose fault the delay is. I usually tip 25% too. Sorry. Maybe next time deliver the pizza.

They messed up my pizza and when I went back to get my replacement the manager, Teresa and even hey manager, Melissa, wouldn’t even throw in marinara sauce for my inconvenience & for using my gas to return to get a replacement pizza. Not good customer service at all. It just would have been a good good will gesture.

The past three times I’ve ordered from the Taylorsville road dominos has been some of the worst pizza delivery experiences I’ve ever had. Between getting the order wrong on one, taking forever and delivering a cold pizza like an hour and a half later, to now showing no sign the pizza is ever coming and them not answering their phone. It’s a shame because I do enjoy domino’s pizza but this specific store on Taylorsville in Louisville, KY has to be one of the worst pizza delivery places in America with atrocious customer service. This is the third strike with them for me. Just go to papa John’s or pizza hut from now on. This place is not worth the hassle at all.

9 months ago was our last order and we did delivery. The pizza was delicious and to expectations. This time we did carry out yesterday (June 3, 2020) and our pizza was not evenly made. Pick up was fine There, except there was no sign directing us where to park due to rhe parking lot in the works for a new paving job. So we had to park on the side of Baskin Robbins and walk down to get it. There was hardly any spinach in it and the the chicken and bacon weren’t an even amount or spread out evenly. I ate 1.5 slices and found a small light brown hair inside of my pizze. It was inside of it! Not on it. so I immediately stopped eating it and my husband called the restaurant. The first call someone had picked up and hung up on us. The second call we had some gentleman answer and he apologized and offered to make us a new pizza or to send us a gift certificate in the mail. We decided to do the gift certificate, but know if you do need to do this, it takes up to a week to get to you in the mail! We don’t understand why domino’s can’t just issue a regulsr refund.
The chicken did not look appetizing and the toppings weren’t evenly laid on them. Thankfully my kids were eating the chicken because it just didn’t look good.
After we use our gift certificate we will probably never order from this location again. The lyndon location is much better and has never given us problems.

Read the whole review. DON’T ORDER FROM HERE EVER!!!!I ordered two pizzas from here to be delivered 5 days ago to be delivered and it took 1 hour and 40 minutes to finally get delivered. I watching the tracker online to see when my pizza was on it way. Twenty minutes after ordering, it showed my pizzas came out of the oven and were getting boxed up. 30 minutes later it showed them leaving the store. 50 minutes later it was delivered after the driver did one stop ahead of me where it showed the driver was at that stop for twenty minutes. I called the store and was put on hold for ten minutes and no one ever answered back. I called back four other times and waited to talk to the manager but no one at the store would answer the phone at all. This the ABSOLUTE worst experience I’ve had at a Domino’s. Two days later they sent me a coupon for a medium 2 topping pizza due to the bad experience. Why didn’t they send me a coupon to replace the two crappy cold pizzas they delivered. The pizzas also reaked of sulfur and I would not eat them. This experienced has for sure made me not want to order from Domino’s again, much less this store. The manager and the whole staff who worked that day NEEDS to be replaced

Monday 5/12 around 7pm or so, I ordered 2 pizzas. 1 all meat and the 2nd an Extravaganza 1/2 no mushrooms and 1/2 no green peppers, add bacon. The Extravaganza had No Mushrooms and No Green Peppers. When I called to ask why, Joey said ” I made it like it printed out on my screen” then offered no resolution to my concern. 2 mistakes in 13 yrs of delivering, not too bad..I’ll be thinking about where I do my pizza business from now on. Sad Joey…..just sad.
