While we were at vegout in Bethlehem, we grabbed a box of vegan apricot Kiffles and a vegan gluten free Tandy cake.
The Kiffles were **excessively** sweet. (And they don’t disclose the ingredients of the “vegan ice cream” bizarre)
The Tandy cake needs to be kept refrigerated because the chocolate isn’t tempered and will soften at room temp. The cake is exactly as I remember Tandy cakes to have been. Spot on dense. but the almond butter is way too bland. It needs peanut butter.

Bought a piece of chocolate cake with peanut butter icing. The flavor of the icing was good. However it had a thick consistency. The cake, was a consistency was average. Not moist, but not drive. The biggest disappointment is when we found several chunks of baking soda in the baked product. Not sure how that’s even possible. Can only think that the soda was rock hard when it was added to the batter. Lastly the $7.50 price tag was a bit much. Had this would have tasted better $5 would have been more in line.

The food is amazing! The sandwiches are huge and the price for them are good. I go up there mostly on Thursdays when it is karakoe night and no matter how bad you might be at singing everyone still encourage you to jeep singing. They bring such a positive energy. I love going there!

I visited Palmer Mall’s Mom and Pop’s General store and was excited to see vegan carrot cake made by this bakery. I purchased a piece, which was $7.50. Not a bad price for the serving size provided. I was disappointed with my first bite. The frosting didn’t taste good at all and the cake portion was the so greasy you can see it pour out as you cut a piece. It has the amount of oil equated to the amount of milk soaked into a piece of tres leches cake. After eating a few more bites I started getting nauseous. I ended up throwing ithe rest away while I was still at the mall. Now I’m burping what tastes like castor oil. This was an epic disappointment and a disgrace to carrot cake. I would not recommend this cake.

Great food! I had the Prime Rib special. It was a risky work lunch but they put it on a wheat wrap and so made me an offer I couldn’t refuse! Honestly I felt great afterwards, it was not greasy at all so no lunch lag 🙂 The tomato basil soup was also fantastic. Looking forward to my next visit!

For God sake – don’t eat here. This was, by far, the worst food related experience of my life. I’m not kidding. They say they offer breakfast. My wife and I walked in and there was literally one person working. Her greeting was listing all the things they no longer make – like potatoes. She said they did still make omelettes. So my wife and I decided to give it a try. My wife asked for her omelette to be well done. We ordered at the counter and then took a seat. We waited 45 minutes (I am note exaggerating) and we were the only ones in the place (again, not exaggerating). You know how sometimes you notice things when your just sitting around…. well, we started to notice how disgusting the place was, all the tables were beat up, everything in the place was dust covered and the “bakery goods” looked a week old. Our food finally came out on cheap paper plates with even cheaper flimsy plastic forks…. I’m not kidding. My omelette was burned and inedible and my wife’s (who asked for the well done omelette) was disgustingly raw. I literally picked up both plates and through them into the garbage. I did pay the bill and got the hell out of there because I didn’t want to sit in that disgusting cesspool a second longer. I hate writing a review like this but thought I would try to save you some money and possibly an upset stomach. I wish there is a way to leave zero stars – but that option is not available.

Walked in late on a Saturday. One of the owners was there and was extremely friendly. Took home a few slices of pie to try. ( is the most amazing pie) Tried a few diffrent kiffles tradition Walnut is still may favorite, but the different types were good. Looking forward to going back and trying their other food. All the meat is roasted fresh on the premises.

Great Grab-n-Go egg sandwiches, just found out they have expanded to a full breakfast menu. On days off if I bring a family member or two grab a table. I was told that the meat was premise made and you can tell; good stuff!!! “The Justin” is fantastic.

Stopped by for lunch while waiting for Halloween Parade to start.
Holy crap, probably the best corned beef sandwich I ever had! Reasonably priced, and delicious looking desserts.
Swing by & treat yourself to some yummy stuff!
