This is by far the least functional dunkin in America. This Dunkin runs on fumes. It takes forever to get anything and often orders are wrong. Simply ordered donuts today, let’s say it’s about my 7th poor experience there. I ordered on the app specified what I wanted for the kids. Get home and guess what only 1 of 4 donuts is accurate. It took 9 minutes in the drive through with 5 cars ahead of me and then 1/4 is correct. Today was the last time I think.

I placed on order online. And picked it up in the drive through. I sat there for over 45 mins to get my food and drink. By the time I got my food my hash browns were cold and hard. My coffee the cold foam had melted into my coffee.

Don’t waste your time or hard earned money here please. Just spend the extra somewhere else. The people who work here other than maybe one person doesn’t care. I had a friend sit in the drive thru for a pretty long while. When she got to the window there were four people “working” there and doing nothing. I spent money on coffee and breakfast one day, waited almost an hour for in store pick up, and didn’t even get everything I paid for.

In person experience was horrible. Asked if was door dash, I said no, was told to wait someone will be right with you – i was the only one there to place an order. After about 7 minutes, the original greeter asked if was helped. I said no. Then I hear this person I had made eye contact several times say I was standing so far away – mind you, I was standing right next to their sign that had these words printed on it: “Please wait here” Someone that appear to be management, then took my order. They give the impression they don’t want in-person visits which is a shame whence they came.

The staff move at a snails pace. Do not stop here if you have to be somewhere within 30mins. They also have tendency to be rude. There’s also a possibility they just may hand you someone else’s food. Please put more effort into training these individuals. Respectfully, of course .

This place needs help. The line was so long and took forever to get through. Bagel bites were not toasted, bacon wasn’t looking like it wasn’t even cooked and asked to crisp it up and they took it back and returned it to us and it wasn’t even crispy. Our donut holes were a bag not a box container as well I asked for a small iced chai latte with one pump of chai and skim milk and they didn’t even listen to what I said, they made it how it is usually advertised. WARNING…. if you want a bad experience, don’t go here.
