Went here with a large group of people on a Friday night. Everyone basically had different menu items from steak, lamb chops, shrimp, clam chowder and more. The food was amazing. The drinks were good. The service was great and very attentive. That night a young lady with an amazing voice sang along with a piano player. Will definitely go back!

I needed comfort food today and love trying new restaurants. Pulled up to Savoy for the first time and my little church baby can COOK! The white bean soup had layers of flavor and the short ribs were delicious and fork tender.
The big hugs from the Dearings and stellar service by Rose, along with the live singer, gracious maitre d, and kind parking lot attendant each soothed me in their own way.

Classy. Savoy takes care of you. From the outside in and all around. Tasteful exterior, polite parking attendant, helpful hostess and a jazzy band. Small dining area, you definitely need reservations. Many good looking menu items emphasizing seafood. Full bar with professional barkeep made my martini correctly. A wonderful experience in all aspects. I think my favorite thing was when the owner bought us a glass of champagne.

We came in for our birthday. We originally had a reservation for 7pm but could not make it. We arrived at 9 with hopes they would still serve us and they did. The service was excellent. Food came out promptly and delicious. They did not make us feel like we were a bother even though we showed an hour before closing. We truly appreciated it. Drinks were strong. Jazz music was on point. They said they have live bands on the weekends. Will be coming again.

I would NOT RECOMMEND this place to eat at nor, would I call it high end at ALL. I ordered a Lamb chop dinner to go, with mash potatoes, and vegetables. I wouldn’t feed my dog this meal. For my dinner alone was $65 for 4 chops, an old chopped up potato NOT MASHED, and 3 slices of squash for my vegetables. I ordered my meal to go. However, my mum ate in, therefore, I was paying for a party of two. One thing I HATE is a restaurant with gratuity, $35 in gratuity, for my mum, and my togo order. Best thing about this place was the older gentleman waiter, his character, behavior, and amusement was the only thing, worth not being bothered about the gratuity. I’m honestly surprised at the reviews this place has, which leaves me to believe that those who gave them, have never really experienced REAL HIGH END QUALITY FOOD.

I had the pleasure of dining at this venue with a group of friends. From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted by well dressed professional staff. Our waitress Rose went above and beyond to ensure our dinning experience was exceptional. With a variety of dishes on the menu each of us ordered something different. I ordered Stuffed salmon with potatoes and vegetables. There was plenty to take home. We are already planning our next outing at the the Savoy.

This was my first but not last time here. It was amazing from pulling in to the parking lot, to being seated. The waiter was amazing. He made my experience that much greater. The food was remarkable and the butter pecan cheese cake finished off and amazing night. The band was great. Or was a time.

Our initial server was just not what we expected, but then we got a veteran server who caught the ball she was dropping! We’ve been here a number of time’s and each time it’s been great! However the Catfish,I ordered was was good but I ordered it without the normal crawfish toppings so I got it over plain White rice under my catfish! Not anyone’s fault but who wants plain white rice over catfish! Again my fault.so I added Fry’s which were good but I felt they weren’t fresh in temperature! Understand at two dinning at $150.00 expect more.overall are visit was good and we will return

Me and My Guy went for Valentines day for the first time. First of all, they overbooked everyone, of all days Valentines day. It was literally standing room only in the little hallway, spilling into the restaurant because everyone waiting and coming in had reservations. That was frustrating because the expectation was to be seated at the time of your reservation. However, I must say, the food was fabulous and the ambience was great with live jazz. The service was okay and that is because it was very busy. It took a little longer for food to arrive but once it did, it was worth it. My guy says his potatoes were stiff, my salmon dish was supposed to be stuffed with spinach and crab but it was not. However, still very tasty. Gave 3 stars only because of the chaotic reservation debacle. Will go again. Lastly, gratuity is automatically added to your bill.

This was our first time dining at Savoy, and overall, the experience was just okay. We had a 5:00 PM reservation for Mother’s Day and were seated promptly upon arrival. The greeting at the door was warm and welcoming, which we appreciated.
The ambiance was pleasant, and the music selection was thoughtful—centered around mothers, which was a nice touch for the occasion. Admittedly, it brought up some emotions for me, as I lost my mother a few years ago, but I understand and appreciate the sentiment behind it.
However, the service left something to be desired. After being seated, we waited quite a while before our server approached the table. She brought bread and took our drink orders, but it was some time before she returned to take our meal selections. That said, the food arrived fairly quickly once the order was placed, though it was warm rather than hot.
My daughter ordered the stuffed salmon, which was advertised as being filled with crab. She felt there was no crab in her dish, though she did enjoy the overall flavor. My husband ordered the steak and was satisfied with his meal. I had the pasta with blackened salmon. It was okay, but the Alfredo sauce tasted like it came from a jar rather than being freshly made.
We also placed a to-go order for chicken wings, which we expected to be whole wings, but were instead served wing dings—something we would have preferred to know in advance. Additionally, there were no complimentary refills for soda, which wasn’t communicated beforehand, and we were charged for each.
My daughter ordered a slice of key lime pie to go, and we were surprised at how small the portion was, especially considering the $12.95 price tag.
My husband and daughter are open to giving Savoy another try, but I remain unsure. While the atmosphere and some elements were enjoyable, the slow service and lack of clarity around menu items and pricing were disappointing. Also, automatically adding a 20% gratuity feels excessive when the service doesn’t meet expectations.
