The absolute must stop for small town or fall vibes!! They have the hands down best apple cider donuts around + year round too!!! With apples and cider in the fall. WAY better donuts than Lakeside Farms which is across town. They have so many cute nicknacks and gifts that you’ll unexpectedly find you want something here. Candles, kitchen decor, mugs, jewelry, scarves, pillows and blankets, seasonal decor, things for your garden, kids section and so much more in this cute tiny place!! They have such delicious baked goods like breads, pies and muffins. I love how they have local food and honey as well. They also surprisingly have a great card section. Their cards are so unique and perfect! And they recently opened up a lunch spot as well here. The people are always so helpful and compassionate as it’s been in Burnt Hills for so long. Although they do have a lot of stuff it is very organized. Some things are expensive while other things are great low prices. It’s worth the stop here if you’re looking for a gift or something seasonal, you won’t be disappointed! They also always have things on sale! Love it!

The bakery here is excellent. Last time i ate at the restaurant, over 2 yrs ago, was over-priced and average at best. I do not know what it is like now. On the downside, the gift shop is terrible. Back room items have spider webs on them. Not clean. Sad, because years ago, it was a decent place. If you go, go for the bakery, apples, and bakery again. If you are going for gifts, make the trip to Lakeside. Gave 4 stars for bakery and the workers there. 2 stars for the gift area.

I am so excited that Katie and her lovely sister have taken over the restaurant here inside Fo’Castle Farms wonderful shop!!! I recommend the Italian sausage soup and her meatballs are fantastic … and made there with a great Italian sauce! I also loved the ham and cheese quiche !! The crust was so flaky and delish!!! Dessert OMG was cheesecake and tastes like old time Fo’Castle cheesecake. Personal service with care and a fun and sunny place to be ALL afternoon!!!! I hope you don’t miss this place.

Fo Castle is a great place to take family, the pies were good the apples are delicious. The parking was okay and they can accommodate larger groups. The service was not too great, but the food was good and picnic tables outside were nice and you can walk around and in the store and enjoy some autumn fun.

Been looking for a good bakery nearby on my trip home, and I’ve found a few, but I never tried Fo’Castle until today.

Stepping inside it was like they carved off the country store half of a Cracker Barrel, it smells like Grandma’s house inside, there’s a bunch of random knick knacks for sale, but what they do better is also have a section for some baked goods.

I ended up grabbing a bag of Cider Doughnuts, a carton of Lemon Bars, and a package of Raspberry Almond Cookies. The best being the Almond cookies, they were so delicious. I love how they smell like cherries, and taste perfectly sweet to counter the tart raspberry center. The Lemon Bars were very unique, with a cake like crust but having the flavor of graham cracker and the lemon topping was gel like and very thin compared to the bottom half. Sadly the doughnuts were not very moist and rather bland, but for a sugar doughnut they did the job, but not a cider doughnut.

Oh, and before I forget, the girls working the shop were super cute and friendly.
