They changed the chicken strips. NOW THEY ARE AWFUL!!! Why would you go and mess with the best in town? Was our go to for chicken and now it’s HORRIBLE!!! Bring back the original strips please. Or lose many more customers. It’s like when they are doing great, the owners mess it up. Leave a good thing alone!!!

I used the drive through and there was no waiting. The workers were very efficient and friendly. They went above and beyond when I forgot to add something to my order. Unfortunately, the hardee’s app was not working, so I did not get my bonus points. It would be more efficient if the workers would be able to help us on the local level when these situations occur.

Where to even start with this restaurant?! First of all… There’s usually one person to run the front register and drive thru so you’ll be waiting! Secondly, I bought a cheeseburger kids meal for my granddaughter and she couldn’t eat it due to it being black and hard! Fries looked and tasted like they’d been sitting in the warmer for at least a hour! Daytime female manager… Needs some more training on all areas of customer service. Especially hospitality!!

We arrived at this Hardees at 1:40 pm ordered our food and pulled up to pay. The car in front of us had a family so we knew it would take a few minutes. At 1:50 pm we pulled away without food. The car in front of us got part of their food from Server 1 and was waiting on the balance of their food. Server 2 came to the window and asked if we had were the ones that ordered chicked strips then preceded to yell at Server 1 “I dont know what you did, where is there order?” While the people in front of us were still waiting patiently. While these two continued to argue. Needless to say we drove away and went to Culvers across the street, ordered our food, paid for it and they asked us to pull forward. The car in front of us (the white SUV) was still waiting for food as we drove away. We are travelers and frequently visit fast food when we are on the road. We will never stop at this Hardees again.

Their food is pretty pricey for fast-food, I’d expect to at least “get what you pay for”, but apparently not. My chicken wraps may as well have had chicken nuggets on them.

Excellent food, fast service, and friendly staff — everything you want from a great fast food spot! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious, and my order was ready in no time. The restaurant was spotless and well maintained, and the employees were smiling and helpful. I highly recommend!

Filthy !! The iced tea taste like it was brewed in a toilet. The dispensers are disgusting and dirty. They don’t even have a plastic liner. Will not be returning !!!!!!!!! And the cashier “Jade” was completely rude and snippy. Plus my order was incorrect. Hardee’s in Greenfield is no good !!!!!
