The food is typically good, however we have gotten poor service, food items left out of our bag and today we ordered the chicken shawarma and rice pilaf kids meal and there was what looks to be a piece of metal from a brillo pad in it. Thankfully we had moved the meal over to a paper plate for our toddler or else we wouldn’t have seen it. Never eating here again, too dangerous.

I’ve been coming here for a while, but I’m honestly disappointed more often than not with the portion sizes. This visit was probably the worst yet. There were only a few small pieces of chicken, which definitely didn’t justify the price. The salad tasted old, the pita bread wasn’t fresh, and the rice lacked flavor. I usually give places multiple chances, but consistency matters, and this meal really missed the mark. I hope they improve quality and portions because I want to enjoy coming back.

I love Mediterranean cuisine. I liked the food in this cafe. The beef was soft, but several pieces of lamb were impossible to chew, they did not cut off the pieces that needed to be cut off. Baklava was not made correctly, not tasty. The cashier was responsive. In general, it feels like the business is treated carelessly, without love. Disposable tableware is terrible, the tables are dirty both outside and inside. Despite the fact that the cafe is empty. Lots of flies. The restaurant positions itself as Mediterranean, but the atmosphere is American. At least they bought beautiful tableware and added Mediterranean drinks.

The Kabob Grill is the perfect spot to grab lunch. It’s a small place, but surprisingly spacious and comfortable. The food is some of the best Mediterranean cuisine I’ve ever tasted. The hummus and fattoush salad are absolute must-haves, and while their Philly cheesesteak isn’t traditional, it’s easily one of the best I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

It’s the only Mediterranean style restaurant in Madera.. So it’s an opinion if you’ve had everything else and need to change it up but FRESHER PRODUCTS are desperately needed. For a place that loves to charge so much for a sliver of meat and all salad you would hope that salad would be at least fresh. Rice is over cooked. The best thing about this place is the Hummus. Super over priced for the quality and definitely quantity.

I had Kebab Grill cater for a small in-service presentation today, and I have to say, the food was amazing! The kebabs were nice and tender, hummus was wonderful! I’ve eaten a lot of Middle Eastern food in my life, being a former professional bellydancer, and I would easily put this place in my top 5!

The portions was awful for the price. I literally got 5 chicken kebob plates that had four small pieces of chicken. My fatoush salad wasn’t as pictured at all. It was only cut up lettuce that’s it. SUCH AN AWFUL EXPERIENCE ABD SO DISAPPOINTED

I ordered pick up a few weeks ago during lunch rush hour. Unfortunately my meal wasn’t ready and because I had been on my lunch from work I had to leave without my gyro. I’ve worked customer service my entire life I completely understand things happen especially in the restaurant world. I ordered the next day this time delivery my food was amazing and included was really sweet note with an apology and offer to cover my next meal! Great customer service and food! I’ll be getting my gyro sometime this week!

Editing my review from three years ago. I’ve never had a bad meal from here. The food always tastes fresh and great. Sorry to say I stopped here for a gyro plate and the meat was dry like the desert. It looks like they reheated it on the grill or gave me only the outside ends. I can understand that restaurants are doing their best but honestly this was the worst gyro that I have had. Without tatziki or hummus on the side this would have been inedible. I’m hoping this is a one time deal as I would hate to have to drive out of town for Mediterranean food.
