I went through this morning and a message was wrote on my cup, “ enjoy the small moments today”. The message was refreshing and adored. I sent someone to pick up my 3 drinks. Unfortunately, she smokes and when she arrived at my job there was ashes in my venti caramel blended beverage. I asked why there was no topper on it and she stated the DM was there and had got on to the workers. I pay her to pick up my drinks. Just because she wasn’t doordash or uber driver she wasn’t allowed the toppers. There goes 21.02 down the drain. They offered to remake it when I called. I will NEVER because it will be same issue. I am upset about this and will NEVER go back here again. SHAME ON DM FOR BEING THAT WAY ESPECIALLY IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS AND NEVER AGAIN STARBUCKS. POOR EMPLOYEES TO BE RAN BY A DICTATOR.

The people who work here are absolute sweethearts. They work very hard and are always busy behind the counter and yet they’re conversational and friendly. It’s one of the rare places I feel like I can just sit and hang out without feeling like I’m a bother to the staff.

Drinks taste different every time I go. Not sure what happened to this location as it used to be incredible. I’ve been going here for nearly 14 years. It really depends on who makes your drink. The best employees are the bearded guy, the redhead girl with glasses and a girl I believe her name is Miranda. They’ve been here a long time because I’ve seen them for years and they are always friendly u like the new hires and drinks are perfect. Not sure why it goes down hill every time they have a new manager which is way too often.

I went at 12pm and had good, quick service. There is not as much inside seating as a normal Starbucks, but much less busy than normal as well. My drink tasted good, a little less sweet than an iced vanilla latte normally is but I actually prefer that.

All was good until the manager showed up. Let the employees go their jobs. You clearly change the environment from good to uh no I’m never going back there. Had it been my first experience I’d had done that and employees would have taken the blame. But I’ve seen the difference. It appears they are scared of the manager and can’t be their friendly selves when he’s there. So I’ll not boycott. Just yet

My experience already started off badly when I stood in there for about 10 minutes waiting for my mobile order. Every worker in this Starbucks was very rude. This was my first time in here so I had no idea you get the drink and food at different pick up counters. No other Starbucks I’ve been to does it this way & no one told me that so I stood even longer thinking I was still waiting for my egg bites, only to find them at the other end of the store. Then get to work, make it half way through my drink and find a piece of plastic that looks like the top of a condiment. Disgusting. I will NEVER return here. This is worse than McDonalds level of customer service. Do better!!!!
