Was going to be 20 min early to school, now im 20 min late. Stood in line for 20 min behind only two people. THEN when i get to the counter they tell me (the only person in line now) to wait and proceed with 5 PEOPLE behind the counter to make online orders etc. for like 10 minutes… im just standing there waiting to order. Nonetheless i get my coffee and its gross nothing like how it is at other locations, havent even tried the food yet but im sure its bad too. A place whose whole job is to get people coffee and breakfast before work/school should not SUCK THAT BAD.

Took 20 minutes to get 2 coffees and 4 egg wraps ready. Manager was walking around doing “inventory” like he always is, then yelling at a new employee, one girl was texting the entire time, the other one was getting 1 piece of the egg wraps in the oven at a time. Waited the entire time at the window and didn’t get one person to acknowledge me. I come here often so it wasn’t a 1 time off thing, it’s all the time. I will drive the extra mile to another dunkin next time.

I usually come here for my coffee when I’m in the area just another dunkin pretty clean service is good and you know depending on the time you come in it’s either empty or super packed parking Is a challenge not much of spaces for s busy plaza and they do have a meeting room with a tv in case you want to hold any corporate events…..

Very bright, organized and clean DD. However, the service is terrible!!! I ordered ahead with app and when I arrived 10 minutes later my order wasn’t complete. Only coffee was waiting…then a few minutes later the hashbrowns. I gave them a few more minutes thinking the attendant was going to bring donut and it didn’t happen. I had to call an older lady over to ask her about my donut. She went to go get it, and while doing so called back out to me to ask which donut after I had already told her. Incredible. The worst part is that there were three other people waiting and one gentlemen very kindly had sent his iced coffee back three times because the other lady couldn’t prepare correctly. I’ve been to this DD various times and service wasn’t great but tolerable.
This time I had to write a negative review because I couldn’t believe how bad the service was. I returned the next day just to see if they were just having a bad day, but no, service was terrible again.
Management please take a look at this as DD customers expect speedy, good service when using the order ahead app, and you’re currently not cutting it.

I went here for lunch. The ironic part I was originally a few doors down at the sandwich shop but I did not go in because I did not like the appearance of the staff handling my food. So I went to good old dunkin’ donuts. The guy that took my order was a very slim guy everything was great initially professional etc. but after he put on the gloves. I noticed he touched the trash can and continue to make orders. By extreme luck he grabbed tongs because of the heat of the food and my food was unscathed but the order after mine was not.
