Everything about this place is Amazing. Got 2 Subs and Boneless Chicken Everything was done with perfection my son he loves Chicken he asked me if we could get him the Chicken Every night for Dinner from Palermos.

This was my first time ordering from here and never again..I ordered the chicken Alfredo added mushrooms and light jalapeño and this photo sums it up..this was by far the worst alfredoless Alfredo I’ve ever had it was basically dry pasta..definitely disappointed

We just tried the pinwheels and pasta salad tonight and oh my goodness! They were excellent!! The whole family was a fan of them both. The pasta salad gave us a taste of summer and the pinwheels was a nice change from your average slice of pizza! A win for dinner tonight! ♥️ i definitely recommend trying them out. And not to mention, the staff at Palermo are ALWAYS welcoming and sweet with smiles on their faces! ♥️

I had a very disappointing experience at Palermo’s Pizza. I went to pick up my order and found that it was incorrect when I got home, to which I had to come all the way back to get my correct order. They said they could just switch the orders. While waiting, it appeared that the owner or one of the cooks was involved in a personal argument, which created an uncomfortable and unprofessional atmosphere.
When I called and asked to speak with a manager, I was placed on hold for an extended period and never received a response.
When I arrived in person the second time and asked what could be done to fix the situation, I was told that nothing could be done. Unfortunately, the pizza was cold by the time I got home.
Overall, between the poor service, unprofessional environment, and lack of accountability, I was very disappointed with this experience.

Palermo’s is my go-to for pizza, always great and has multiple locations throughout Grand rapids this is my first time at this location and as always the pizza does not disappoint the dough is always nice and soft with just a little crunch to the crust the lady that made my pizza and worked the counter was very pleasant and friendly. Definitely would recommend trying this location if you haven’t already.

We came here Friday with a ton of little girls after leaving a spa with them, my cousin was here from out of town but remember this pizza place being so delicious so she wanted to sit here and eat. However they were so welcoming and calm with us, food was so good. They offered everyone suckers at the end, the girls really enjoyed their self. Thank so much!
