the barista was amazing! she was quick, kind and her smile was infectious! we ordered birthday cake pops, cheese danish and their yummy loaf (highly recommend) we will be back! i can’t remember the woman’s name but she’s from turkeye and AWESOME!

I’ve been a regular customer at this Starbucks for quite some time. I often stop by with my dog before heading to the park in Maitland, so I wasn’t sure I should write.
On December 29th at approximately 2:45 PM, I went through the drive-thru and ordered a hot green tea. The line wasn’t long, but when I reached the window, the employee appeared overwhelmed and another employee stepped in to help.
I confirmed the order, and the tea was handed to me quickly. Unfortunately, the lid was not secured properly. As I took it, the tea spilled over my hands and inside my car. I was shocked and immediately said that I had been burned.
I handed the drink back and asked for paper towels and cold water. I rinsed my hands and tried to clean up as best I could. The employee then handed me another tea, mentioned it was double-cupped this time, and said there would be no charge.
Because of the drive-thru setup and the growing line behind me, I felt pressured to leave. I told them it hurt badly, that I understood it wasn’t intentional, and that I would pull over nearby. I did so and tried to continue with my day.
The pain worsened, and later a friend advised me to call the store to make an incident report, just in case. I did call and asked for the manager to return my call so I could share what happened.
No one ever followed up.
My hands are only now healing. What I found most disappointing is not the accident itself—but the lack of response afterward. A call from the manager is all I wanted.

Lingering Enigma
Literally my favorite location. The staff is always so considerate. They are great about customized drinks and always make it right! I miss seeing them every morning when I worked in that area, but I make a point to stop by when I’m in the area.

The last three times I have ordered a venti drink here they have shorted my drink about 3 fingers. Today I poured it into a measuring cup, I was shorted 6 oz. I would understand if I ordered some fancy drink that had whipped cream on top to maybe be missing one finger of space, but I could stick my finger in the cup and not hit the drink until past my knuckle. On an 8 dollar drink I sort of expect the whole drink.

Luke served my family and immediately went to create a new order and handed me napkins. What started as a messy situation turned into a great morning experience. I visit this Starbucks location frequently, as it is less than a mile from my house. I use the drive-through almost exclusively. Even when there are several cars in front of me, they keep the line moving very quickly! The staff at this location is very nice! It is in the same shopping center as my Publix, so it’s convenient to quickly pick up a drink when I’m through grocery shopping. I’ve been enjoying their yummy breakfast sandwiches this summer. The Rewards challenges to earn Bonus Stars Starbucks has been running this summer have been great.

I have mixed feelings about this Starbucks sometimes they make your food great but some other times their coffees are so sweet and the breakfast sandwiches look like they just throw it all together, sometimes your coffee cups would be all dirty outside, not the quality you spect when you’re paying higher price for food. They need to slow down and make their food better for the quality the customer expect out of Starbucks.

I’m a total Starbucks fan! Their staff is always super helpful, which is a lifesaver for me since I’m never sure what to order . With dietary restrictions, it can be tricky, but the baristas are always there to guide me towards something delicious .
I’m obsessed with their egg bites – the bacon and Gruyère cheese ones are my fave ! And my daughter loves the cake pops . What really sets Starbucks apart is the quality of their food and drinks, plus the exceptional service .
