Me and my family do a carry out order every week. The pizza is here is second to none. My son loves pepperoni and we get regular pepperoni and their new deli pepperoni, he loves it, we love everything we get too. I couldn’t believe some of the reviews on here because ive always had a great experience and our large complex order are right every single time. Everytime i come in im usually greeted by the same guy who couldn’t be nicer. I just felt the need to put this on here bc I think sometimes we only post the bad experiences. Ive had many good ones here. Huge shout out to person doing toppings, we see you! We thank you! Ive never had delivery but 10+ years ago, I was a delivery driver for domino’s and jimmy johns. I just want to say do not judge someone unless you could walk a mile in their shoes. GOD BLESS EVERYONE!

I got what I ordered, it was ready when they said it would be. The pizza was their new pan pizza, and I enjoyed it very much. Definitely checked all the boxes for a pizza restaurant. I will be coming back for more.

I have a pretty severe mushroom allergy and always request clean cut, but today found a few mushrooms in my box again. Didn’t check for this at the store when I picked up the pizza, so had to drive 20 minutes back to get my pizza remade and ACTUALLY clean cut. This isn’t the first time that it’s happened so I’m not sure why they have “clean cut” as an option if not to follow it when requested.
I often have issues with quality and/or mushrooms, which comes with the territory anyways with an allergy. I just feel like it’s been a lot more frequent in recent months.
I want to love this Papa John’s because it’s the only one nearby, and usually the people behind the counter are kind, but it seems like every time we go here there’s a new issue. While they’ll usually remake with no complaints, it’s frustrating to have this happen every single time. We just want a correct pizza.
TLDR; When the food is correct, it’s usually pretty good. I would just advise to make sure you’re fully checking your order for accuracy, quality, and especially if you have any kind of allergy or special request.

Had some delivery tonight.. The crust is really pretty great for these guys. The cheese bread was a little greasy for my liking, but over all everything was pretty ok for delivery pizza. Unfortunately some time during delivery the whole package fell or something, pizza was all curled up on itself but the toppings didn’t come off so no harm no foul.

Ordered GrubHub- a thing of the Cinnabites pull apart and a thing of garlic bites.
It took nearly 1.5 hours to get here. No joke, I placed it and they said they were making it at 11:08 and I didn’t get it delivered until 12:30am. For 2 easy things- best part was it was gross.
The bread was so stale in the cinnabites and the garlic bread wasn’t much better, hard as a rock

The customer service of this store is amazing! Every time I need help or just service they are great! Thought I order a pizza but didn’t. My fault not the apps.The manager took our order and ran it out to our car. Being a that I had my kiddos with me! This helped me a ton!! We come here once a week and wish I remember her name. Idk what happened? But papa johns is not the same as it was 10 years ago. The wings I ordered we’re good. However, that new york style pizza is not what I thought I was ordering, I think I’m going to MOD Pizza next time!
