This was my first time trying this location, and overall the food was good—fresh, hot, and well prepared. The restaurant was very busy, but the employees stayed focused and provided solid service to each customer in front of them, which I appreciated. The only downside was the trash situation; all of the trash bins were completely full. I understand how busy it can get, but management should ensure someone is assigned to monitor and empty the trash during peak times. Aside from that, I enjoyed the food and would return.

The service was terrible. The staff rushed us through our order. It was our first time back and the guy on the line (he had a full beard), I think he might have been some sort of supervisor, was very rude. I was asking what some of the sauces were and he answered me and passed my bowl down the line before I finished with my toppings. The atmosphere is similar to any fast food chain you would go to. Moe’s atmosphere is way better. The food was ok but expensive. The queso is gross and grainy. The chips were just slightly warm. My son’s burrito was not wrapped tight. There was a staff member sleeping at a table with an empty food tray in front of her the whole time we were there. I don’t think I would come here again. I would rather order from a real Mexican restaurant or go to Moe’s. They just just transition to a drive through only and drop the prices.

Customer service reached out and offered me a free side of queso… the worst part of the meal. Terrible Customer service. Don’t waste your time.

Most of the time, I do mobile order and select the option of extra rice and extra beans. This location delivers. They have filled bowls more than any other location. My bowl has been nearly double the height of the container it’s in. No clue why people give it bad reviews, I haven’t had a bad experience here. $9.90 for a huge amount of food. Most of the pictures are of different bowls.

Went to the Chipotle in Wake Forest today. Unfortunately, today was one of the worst services I had in a while. I understand when a burrito is too big to wrap it must be rewrapped in a new tortilla. Being a Chipotle lifer, I am used to the second tortilla added to help. Today the contents of my burrito were poured out into a new tortilla. Again, I understand this process but now its the second time my tortilla rips and they will dump again. When I asked them for a new burrito I was met with we are making you a new tortilla. I asked for a new burrito? Then one of the workers said we are warming it up unless you want it cold. I said I dont want it cold, I just dont want you dumping my contents again in a new tortilla, as I am losing ingredients each time. Please just rewrap with new tortilla. That same employee proceeded to tell/show me there wasnt anything left in my rip tortilla and showed me my some rice and a piece of meat. I said there is some there but if you want to be right you are right. She then agreed that she was right. She then said most people don’t like the second tortilla and i said I understand so please just wrap it. I asked for her name and she refused to give it to me as well as the 6 or 7 other Chipotle workers that were present. This was around lunch time 1230ish. Amy was the cashier that didnt say anything but was the only name I could get from this team as it was on my receipt. Again, if being right was the goal, why wasnt I provided a name to follow up. I feel maybe asking the customer their preference before making a decision on how to treat the food might help the cause. Especially when its extra$$ for guacamole and each new tortilla takes more of it. Again, I understand the burrito does what it wants at times but the customer service was very disappointing and not sure I want to return to this location as I also believe this employee was the manager or at the very least a manager was present and didn’t say anything. If you go here…just get your food and leave.

This is my favorite chipotle to visit! The service is always friendly, fast and efficient! The place is never out of stock and is clean! I always get a bowl and they never disappoint when it comes to portions. 10/10! Great job y’all!

I love Chipotle—for a decade it’s been my favorite lunch spot. I’ve lived in a few places during that time, and it’s always been my go-to restaurant. I will always be a major Chipotle advocate.
It’s not happily then that I give a poor review to this location, but for three years now it’s been a consistently terrible experience here. Rude service and mistakes with orders have been the norm, and it’s disappointing. I may have to begin driving a bit further to try out a different local location because my brand loyalty is being serious tested here. A most recent example: I was incorrectly charged ($7!) for a double portion of carne asada I did not ask for. They argued with me about it rather than hearing me out, told me that they had in fact given me a double portion, and when I told them I hadn’t asked for one just said “I don’t know what to tell you.” May unfortunately be my final straw with this particular spot.
I love Chipotle, but I wouldn’t recommend stopping by here. Because of my love for the chain, I hope there’s a time when I can update and revoke this review, but I’ve held off on making it for three years and finally had to. Until that day, I’d recommend finding one of the others that are 10-15 minutes away.

Chipolte Wake Forest sure has throughput nailed. Too bad at the expense of customer service & quality. Recent poor experience in wake forest store. Ordered salad, didn’t drain beans or salsa which resulted in wilted lettuce before I returned home, unfriendly associates & the container not closed in 2 places. Result was my white slacks stained since I had on my lap, soaked bag broke when I picked up off my lap, my supposed salad on the ground spilled. Attempted to call store, automated response & since I had no receipt, could not leave complaint. I assumed it would be on my account since used a reward, nope, not there. What a disappointment!

I have NEVER been to a Chipotle that looked or felt like this! NEVER! We stopped here at 7:25 on a Saturday for dinner and we could see how filty the restaurant was before we even walked in. I was taken aback because Chipotle?! Noway! But unfortunately YES, it was the nastiest and most unpleasant visit ever! There couldn’t have been a manager on duty! There is NO logical or acceptable reason the food or dining area looked like this. All of the workers seemed young, and the one female who I engaged with the most lacked one of the most important customer service skills… listening! I will not go back to this location.

Walked in to grab food. Service was terrible. Lids were in the shredded beef. A chicken quesadilla couldn’t be made in person unless ordered online which was inconveniencing. A chickens bowl was made for $9.00 which only had a scoop of chicken barely filing the bowl. Food was cold. The entire line was dirty with dried up food. It was not worth $50+. The bagged was stuffed with 3 bowls which caused the bag to rip. Service was just overall terrible .
