I havent been there for almost a year because of how bad the food was. Decided to get 2 mashed Potatoe bowls today for my son and I. Asked for extra gravy and paid $1.00 extra for them. Get home and its Only Half filled containers, No extra Gravy at all, Dont see any cheese, there is a good bit of corn and Only 2 lousy pieces of popcorn chicken. I reported them the last time and Corporate told me they were going to follow through with it and then they emailed me and said they were sending me a certificate because they were so sorry. WELL I never heard anything back from them and never received anything. This place needs seriously Shut down

Absolute TRASH!! Don’t even waste your money. Spend the little more at AC&T. I had a mobile order pick up and went through the drive through to pick it up. Got home and my wedges were so old I couldn’t even eat them. Like trying to eat glass they were so hard. Tenders were also old. I love kfc when it’s hot, maybe even an hour or 2 old but that was HOURS old and dried up. I will never eat here again. 40 dollars wasted. 4 dollars for something I couldn’t even eat. I bet the employees aren’t eating what they feed us though.

Now I called in three times to get through when I finally got through and I explained to this lady like they didn’t put biscuits in my meal. This lady sat and argued on the phone with me and said she put biscuits in my food when I literally poured the meal out on the table All the chicken because she said it was in the chicken box poured it out on the table. there’s no biscuits in my meal no biscuits at all then she proceeded to argue with me on the phone and then she hung the phone up for me. I do not recommend this KFC to nobody because if you’re doing that as customer Service Bro, you got a problem because at the end of the day the customer is always right.

Chicken still had feathers on it. We ordered extra crispy and got original none of the sides were even half full. I spoke to manager and she was yelling, extremely rude and said they don’t thats how much goes in the containers. I asked someone else for honey mustard and she screamed make sure shes pays for that. I just spent $50 I couldn’t get 2 honey mustard. This is the 3rd time I’ve gone there and had an issue with this same manager. This KFC is on my way home and my son’s and my disabled husband enjoys this treat from time to time. Unfortunately moving forward we won’t visit this location again.

I want to leave a bad review. June 13 at the end of the day decided to buy a chicken. We asked that they give us fresh, because the last time we bought it there, they gave us a very oily chicken, it was clear that the chicken was not fresh and they reheated it in oil. This is not even the crispy chicken that we are used to buying. So it happened this time too. Again, we were sold not fresh chicken, which was re-fried or maybe several times. several pieces were bitter, as if spoiled meat was fried, I immediately had a gag reflex. We can say that for our money they sold us spoiled food….My husband just told me that he had diarrhea and nausea all night from all the chicken. I’m just wondering who will reimburse us for health and money spent. I think I should file a complaint with the police. I won’t leave it like that. Let them answer according to the law.

I got a spicy chicken sandwich and noticed the edges were rock hard, after taking off all the hard pieces of chicken that were completely inedible i was left with half a sandwich. Here is a photo of the chicken i couldnt eat. I have no clue how on earth chicken would get rock hard but here we are. They dont offer refunds so no point in going back.

Placed a mobile order. No other customsrs waiting. I stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes before I was acknowledged. Finally received my order and realized when I arrived home it was incorrect. Went the whole way back, asked for a refund for the item that I didn’t receive. Was told they could not do that, and they did not offer to make it right in any way. The response was “that’s not on me.” Absolutely zero customer service and the items that were correct in the order were barely warm. It I could give them a negative rating i would.

I had to wait for freshly cooked chicken, for about 10 minutes or so… But when I got home it looked liked old refried chicken battered in perhaps cornmeal!! It had very dark dried places on the meat. The crust looked cinnamon dark with white specks and underneath the inner lining look liked dark trapped grease from being refrigerated!! My French Fries were soggy and limp as if the grease was not changed… I contacted KFC according to my receipt on yesterday immediately after taking it out of the bag, haven’t received a call or email as of yet!! The guy at the REGISTER was Extremely Nice, but the people handling the Order definitely need to proper training before the Health Inspectors are called! Ooohhh my goodness!

We visited the Waynesboro Pennsylvania location. We heard the lady tell the car in front of us they were out of chicken. So knowing this we chose something else. The chicken sliders no pickles meal. Honestly I was in a very pleasant mood upon visiting your location but how rude your manager on duty spoke to my fiance while ordering was crazy. I am a bartender that has worked for corporate companys for 20+ years. The manager on duty was Kayla, if you dont like your job or you are miserable don’t ruin other people’s days find a new job!!! Not to mention not one employee in the building had a name tag on and they refused to give me anyones name! I got the name off my receipt!!! Another corporate requirement if I am not mistaken? This store is in serious trouble especially with ac&t next to it that has chicken and kind employees
