From the moment you go in the environment and music is welcoming and makes you feel at home. The drinks were great, my favorite was the Horchata. We got the guacamole as an appetizer and it’s one of the best I have ever had. The food was delicious. The service was excellent.

First time coming here, its a cute little spot. For me the food was average. My order was inaccurate and tasted weird, the waitress apologized but didn’t offer to correct it or remove it from the tab. The fish was like slimmy maybe it had gone bad. My husband liked his food and said the flavor was ok. This place has very large portions. My husband says he would come here again and try the large seafood platter. I wouldn’t go here again based on the customer service and my food.

The food at El Barco was absolutely bomb! Everything was super fresh, and the flavors were on point. The guac was definitely one of my favorite things—so flavorful and made just right. I got the seafood pasta and shared it with my brother, and it was delicious. We also had the red aguachiles, which were so good. We tried a few different items from the menu, and honestly, everything we ordered was top-notch. Can’t wait to go back.

Very disappointing experience. The service was poor, and the waitress had an unfriendly attitude. I regret not getting her name. Unfortunately, this visit left such a bad impression that I don’t plan on returning.

Excellent mexican sea food, tasty, we had mojarra frita (red snapper)and butterfly shrimps. The service was great. The ambiance was good. Prices are moderate. Really friendly staff. Make a reservation if you go on weekend or sometimes you have 30 min wait.

My friends and I chose Mariscos EL BARCO for our monthly meet up and we were very happy and satisfied to try something different. The service was great, it was clean, and the food was good. Also, they give you nice portions (you can share). It’s a hidden secret. If you are ever in the area check out Mariscos EL BARCO.

Mexican plus seafood, who would have thought? Though it doesn’t look it from the outside, the food is first class, fantastic selection on the mennu, with various combinations of fish, shrimp, octopus, etc. I had the Coco Relleno–shrimp, crab, scallops and octopus cooked in a creamy mushroom sauce and topped with melted cheese. In a coconut.

Delicious, authentic, fresh seafood! This place is a great hidden gem behind another Mexican restaurant. My wife and I loved the ceviche, fish filet, octopus, crab leg meat, and scallops. We’ll definitely be back.
