If you’re looking for authentic taste, look no further. We ordered the lamb over rice and chicken gallaba, and both did not disappoint. The lamb was very juicy and tender. The rice that came with it was perfectly cooked and the raw onions was a good compliment. The chicken gallaba though was the star of the show. It was shredded chicken pieces with various vegetables. The flavors were bold and very tasty. The spices on that coated the rice which made the rice very flavorful. Absolutely will come back again!

Every time I’ve ever ordered from here it’s the same guy and he’s always been so friendly. He was upset I wouldn’t take free tea tonight haha. The chicken over rice was unbelievably good tonight. Don’t be put off by the small “hole in the wall” style shop that it appears to be. The food is great.

What a place!!! Doesn’t look like much from the outside but the food is amazing!!! We had the slow roasted Lamb Haneeth, with mixed vegetables and rice. The Chicken Gallaba was served with rice, onions and tomatoes. Both dishes were freshly made, beautifully spiced and the meat just fell right off the bone. The portions were huge.The free tea is delicious and nicely spiced. After 4 cups I was too embarrassed to go back for more! Service was quick and with a smile. Bathroom was clean. Free parking is available outside.

I ordered Crave King through Grubhub and when I got to the restaurant the guy working said they Never received my order and asked me to reorder and pay again which I did. He claimed no money had actually been taken from my cc because the restaurant never actually received the order due to their tablet being down or whatever. I wait a couple weeks to see if that’s how the situation would in fact play out and it didn’t so I disputed it on my credit card. My cc company placed a temporary credit. The restaurant who by the way assured me I wouldn’t be charged twice,then decided to dispute the transaction claiming that I was doing charge back fraud even though I paid for one meal TWICE and have the credit card transactions to prove it. Review is coming in because I just received the letter in mail. Crave King ,please refund my 21.74$ from 01/02/26 between 3-4pm for Lamb Ghalaba. I paid for the food once on card ending 8969 and then once again during that same time frame with my card ending 7919. I would not try to cheat your business but I also don’t want to be cheated either

Very good, we had the Lamb Ghallaba Over Rice and Lamb Kufta Over Rice. Both extremely flavorful dishes. We’ve been here twice and it’s always been a great experience, from the quality of food to the customer service. We’ll surely be back.

If you want real Iraqi food just go and ask for grilled fish. It’s amazing. it very simple from inside and restroom needs to be cared of. But who cares the food was delicious and more than enough. The cooker and the other man were so nice and welcoming. Just go and try the fresh baked bread. Waaaaw.

Ordered food through door dash on crave kings website. I went to pickup my order and my venmo did not show my order was paid for, so I paid cash for my order. Days later I noticed that door dash had charged my venmo for the order that day. Door dash said too many days went by and couldn’t refund my money. I went to crave king restaurant and explained what happened, they refunded my money. The gentleman remembered me and was very nice.

After leaving the Middle East 3 years ago after a stay of around 3 decades and starting a New Life in USA was absolutely compromising with the Arabic Cuisine, however today after visiting this Restaurant it brought back our memories of “Time Out “ at Abbassiya, Kuwait. The Chef Muneer and his friend Mishal was quiet friendly and showed hospitality to their best possible way. I had ordered Al Faham ( Chicken over Charcoal or Grilled Chicken ) with the traditional Kubbus or Tandoori Roti over Flame alongwith Taboula ( Mix of Cilantro, Onion , Tomato) and also Chicken Kabab over Rice. There were 2 box of Complimentary Salads too provided with each Dish. Very nice experience and guys I am sure you will love it. Order in advance to avoid disappointment in waiting as they are super busy.
