Tonight we had excellent food at Cracker Barrell. The atmosphere was typical Cracker Barrell. Service was given a 3 star star due to when we got there they got super busy and we rarely seen out waitress. Glasses went dry, spouse asked again for refills. Waitress apologized. Again she was friendly, but overwhelmed with customers.

Not the same as I remembered. Green beans were warm and tasteless. Fried chicken was very salty and covered in crust so the chicken breast didn’t look so small. The shrimp very small and not very tasty, french fries were pretty good. The biscuits were the best thing we had. For a few dollars more we should have gone to Monell’s where we would have had lots more vegetables and fried chicken that looked like real chicken. The servers spent time visiting customers that were former employees and old friends. They were nice to us but the service just seemed slow for the amount of customers. Kinda of sad we used to really enjoy our meal at Cracker Barrel definitely not this trip.

This was a very pleasant store to visit. Very friendly from start to finish. The Absolute Best Breakfast we’ve gotten at ANY Cracker Barrel. The Hash browns was crispy and not greasy. The biscuits were hot and delicious

This is the second time that I had ordered food and both times my order was wrong. I had gone to Cracker Barrel on a Sunday after church and both times the orders was wrong when I arrived home. I had to go back to Cracker Barrel to get my order corrected. I informed the manager that I am probably coming in at the wrong time he stated there should never be a wrong time. The manager apolgized corrected my order and gave it to me free of charge.
After returning home eating it was good. I will probably not go back after church and during shift changing.

The waitress Nashua S was terrible. The restaurant was extremely slow the night we went. The waitress was extremely slow. She acted like she did not care about what we needed. She would ask if we needed something and we told her what we needed, and then forever later she would come back, and we would have to ask for it again. It was a terrible experience. On a positive. The food was really good.

Visiting from NY w/ family… there were only 4 of us. We all got breakfast. Food took about 20-25 minutes to come out. Biscuits/gravy and fried apple French toast w/bacon came out first. It was flavorful & sweet. We waited for Eggs, they shouldn’t take that long to cook. The Iced coffee was delicious! The waitress was super nice but forgot to bring the hot coffee. The atmosphere is pleasant and some of the items on the wall are pretty cool. Also, the gift shop has some really nice things to purchase.

First off our server was excellent her name was bre something I’m so sorry girl but the food was ️ ️ HORRIBLE and TASTELESS fried chicken was drier than the Desert and tasted like NOTHING AT ALL and super hard the turnip greens lord they tasted like the can they came out of just sitting in greens water the fries was dry as well if I could of gave no stars I would of but yall take this review how you wish if Cracker Barrel seasoned their food it would be better may be back to shop I like the little store but definitely not to eat

I came in at 5pm to pick a order I made online hours ago. Got my the order didn’t go through it when I got home. I went to the back and saw a brown box it had pieces of lukewarm chicken, I was extremely mad about the macaroni it had bacon pieces on it and the turnip greens was satisfactory. Needles to say it seems I was given the wrong order. I got a two ho meatloaf. I wished I would had a better pickup experience. Food was disappointing I was hoping to have a better experience and enjoy it bummer.

This is probably the worst dinner experience we’ve had. Idk what was going on in here. I’ll start by saying everyone was super nice all around about everything, so it wasn’t the attitude of the people that was an issue, but something behind the scenes. We got to our table just fine. But then the good parts were over. We didn’t get bread. The waitress disappeared. Another one actually came by and asked if we needed anything and got us some bread at least. Our waitress finally came back and was crying, something about she dropped something and had to clean it up. Never seen a crying waitress before. The tables around us were also not doing great, so it wasn’t only our waitress that was an issue. Oh and we got a drink without ice, fun. After a long while we got food, but I got chicken I didn’t order. I think they ran out and forgot to tell me, but by then I just ate it, though they did discount the meal at the end. My kid was convinced we were all going to die from food poisoning, not because of any real reason just he was worried because of how bad the experience was. I mean it was really the worst. At the checkout they commented that the kitchen was doing their best. I really don’t know what was happening but I’ll be surprised if this place stays open much longer. We did get free app coupons but idk if we’ll ever go back to a cracker barrel to use them
