The food was good, as always! Growing up in a fire fighting family, I love the whole concept of this restaurant chain. Jay was amazing. He engaged with us and helped me get samples of the hot sauces and described them to us. Very personal or. He cleaned the whole time he wasn’t helping take someone’s order. Thank you so much!!

This location is perfectly situated, easy to access by golf cart, close to schools and sports fields, and ideal for a quick bite between activities. The restaurant was spotless, the service was friendly, and the food was incredibly fresh and flavorful.
My kids all loved their meals, which is a major win, and we had so much fun trying out the fancy soda machine with its endless flavor options. It’s clear this team takes pride in their food and service, we’ll definitely be back!

Mine and my mom’s first time at Firehouse. We just stopped by after a long day of exhausting retail therapy and the food was absolutely amazing. Not to mention, we were met with the happiest and most chipper employee, Jay! We walked in about an hour before close and I tell you what, I have NEVER experienced someone to be so happy to see us even during the middle of the day. He just immediately lit up the room and put us in such a better mood instantly. GET THIS MAN A RAISE!!! I KNOW the managers watch these reviews lol

Firehouse Subs opened a franchise near us in Summerville, SC. After an absence of almost 4 years, I am happy to report that the quality and flavor is still being served! We shared 5 different subs, a salad and the potato soup and they were all fresh and tasty.
We ordered online and it was easy to customize subs and salads. The staff was super friendly and the order was ready and correct when we picked it up.
My family particularly loved the potato soup, the salad with chicken (really packed into the bowl) and the steak & cheese sub. My personal favorites are the NY Steamer and the Engineer; they were just as awesome as I remembered them. Plus we ordered one of the seasonal “Thanksgiving” subs with stuffing and cranberry sauce. Wow. Pay the extra dollar for the side of gravy – it was a hearty serving and the dipped sandwich was out-of-this-world.

I’ve been waiting for this location to open. My husband and I were able to try it out last night. There was ample parking. We were greeted right away. The restaurant was clean. Olivia was a delight at the register. Our food came out quickly, hot, and correct. We were checked on at least 3 times while dining in including taking our tray/trash. A manager checked in on us too which was a nice touch. It was the best tasting sandwiches and the best Firehouse experience we have had a in a very long time! We will be back to this location exclusively!

Restaurant was busy when we arrived but everyone was hustling. Greeted the moment we opened the door. Jay was at the register and he was spot on! Very pleasant and attentive!! Food was great (get the mac and cheese!) & store was clean and very well stocked. Will definitely be back!

So thankful Firehouse opened a location closer to our house and school. Per usual, everything was amazing. Just when I thought Firehouse couldn’t impress me more, they come out with an LTO sandwich, the thanksgiving sandwich…yes yes yes!!! The best sandwich ever. You must go and try it.

They messed up the order and the manager was a little rude like I was wasting her time but otherwise. Lets just say I wont be back to that particular one.

I usually go to Moncks Corner but this shop was on my way home.Plus I was over charged I ordered a large but got a medium, which I see as added cost for less sandwhich. I bought the large because I wanted the wife to have lunch for her train leaving hours later.
