BBQ was on point. Prices were not too bad either. Meat was tender. Pork, brisket, and chicken had great flavors. Burnt ends was like meat candy. Beans were hearty. Fries were nice and crispy. Street corn was great.

Great bbq! I’m from the Atlanta area and this spot beat anything we have. The pulled pork was tender and tasty. The bbq sauce was average, but the meat was good. The fries were in very large portions. They were cooked to perfection with a fantastic seasoning that made it the center of my dinner over the meat. Great service, great place to eat.

Great BBQ as always. The beef is always tender and juicy with excellent flavor.
I don’t care for the maze style crowd control walls. They at least need menus in this area and photos so guests are not blocking the line while making decisions. A menu would be nice at the table as well. They offer dessert but you need to go through the line again unless you order something with your meal.
Regardless, I will be back. The BBQ is worth it.

I had Joe’s KC BBQ by the Shamrock gas station at 3002 West 47th a few years ago, and left with great experience and satisfaction. I was disappointed with this place in Overland Park. I ordered the burnt ends with BBQ bean. The BBQ bean was the best. The burnt ends was very tender, but it was very salty.

Food is delicious! Real BBQ here. AND they sell burnt ends (when available),, it’s true bbq taste. Restrooms tho the stalls are short and locks don’t work well also the toilet paper holder broke open when I got toilet paper.

This half smoked Reuben sandwich and fries. I loved it. I would go there for this Rueban alone. Can’t beat it. The seasoning on the fries was a little salty for me but the sandwich comes a la cart so you can add them or not but it was worth it.

Overall good experience. Food was good. Able to order quickly at counter, get food, and find seating. Very quick service and friendly. Only one type of BBQ sauce at tables. Good KC BBQ, but not the best we’ve ever had. Would recommend to visit. Very family-friendly

Puzzled by the high rating. We’d heard so many good things about KC barbecue, so we wanted to try it, but the best BBQ in San Diego blows this away. Small portion sizes. Very expensive. Mediocre quality except for the pork, which was good. The turkey and potato salad was extremely dissappinting, compared to what we’re used to. The Texas toast was also worse than you would find in a chain restaurant.

I enjoyed the 2 meat combo. Brisket was very thinly sliced and the flavor was good but not as moist as I like. The turkey was moist and tender. Very good. The highlight was the sauce. I loved it. The potato salad was good enough to mention. And the Texas Toast was delicious.
